Stopped by this Dunkin’ to pick up a couple dozen assorted donuts. The line was long, but it moved quickly. The woman who helped me was pleasant and made sure to double-check my order so everything was right. I didn’t have to wait long, and the donuts were fresh and delicious.

Feel so bad for these workers there was someone who got upset over avaacado toast and bacon (Infact their review is most recent to) they where incredibly rude ahead of us we could hear the drivers yelling these workers did their best with the new people they had so proud of them and their work

Effingham, Illinois dunkn is the worst dunkn I have ever been to. I am a long time and loyal customer. I have been to many different locations, even in different states. I am an avid coffee drinker and go to dunkn nearly every day, sometimes twice a day.
My visit to the Effingham location today was awful. I ordered ahead on the app, it took over 20 minutes for the employees to get 4 cars through the drive thru. When we finally got to the window, they had the order wrong, and forgot my bacon avocado toast. When we told them, they had very bad attitudes about it. They gave me the toast after another 15 minutes of waiting, and it was wrong. They forgot the bacon, we told them, they took it back and threw a few pieces of nasty maple bacon on it that looked not all the way cooked. The toast was burned and they didn't get the spread on one corner at all. They were very rude about it, it took over 40 minutes to get away from the window. There were half a dozen vehicles behind me waiting in line. At one point I watched an employee go out to their vehicle and grab a cigarette. This is the second time in a week that I have had extremely poor and rude service. I attached a picture of the toast that they gave me. I had to throw it away after paying for it and waiting nearly 40 minutes.

I went here Sunday Morning October 5th about6:20 am. Ordered sausage egg & cheese bagel with tater totes and hot coffee with cream only. Sadly to say that was the most terribly prepared breakfast I have ever had. First sausage egg and cheese bagel was so overcooked it was hard as a rock then the potato tots tasted like they've been soaking in grease all night and we're also burnt and to top it off the cup of hot coffee was not hot and it was almost pure cream with some kind of sweetener. Very disappointed
