Got my iced coffee here, a little sketchy, in the parking lot, but hey it is in a truck stop off a highway, but the staff was very friendly!

Says online you can order through door dash, grub hub, and Uber eats but yet none of the 3 will pick up from this location. Complete false advertisement on Dunkin donuts part. So I went in to get my order (coffee and a sandwich)and it tasted horrible. Never getting anything from here again
This is my order of hashbrowns. 1.99 for 5 small hash browns. Not even a full bag. .40 per hash brown. Don’t waste your money here

They made my drink pretty fast but forgot about my donuts and the person behind me's donuts from our kiosk orders. I was waiting for about 10 minutes after I received my drink and had to remind them for them to them ask what donuts I wanted when they should have had the ticket. Seems like they were more worried about the drive thru than anything else. Also there were 3 people working. I also noticed from waiting that there was a guy waiting to give his order at the counter but they never came up to him so he left and then the lady after him got serviced about 3 minutes after him.

Traveling, they need more assistance in the front of the store.
Sometimes this place is great, and sometimes I wait in line for 30 minutes and then they completely screw up my order even though it’s all correct on the screen. It’s a gamble..

Ordered croissant sandwich they gave me a bagel sandwich when I went back to the counter he punched in a bagel sandwich and not a croissant mind you I had to wait 20 minutes for this he could not give me the price difference between a croissant and the bagel and it would be another 20 minutes so I asked for my money back I had to wait 15 minutes for a manager to give me a refund.

The lack of doughnut variety for a Dunkin is embarrassingly bad.
Will make sure to never stop at this location again. My consistent business has always been appreciated over the years until I made the mistake at stopping at this location to get my usual breakfast a coffee with the snackin bacon and they refused to warm it up for me. No location in the entire country ranging across several states that I have been to has ever denied heating up the food for me. I made sure to leave a corporate complaint because your staff honestly needs to be trained on SERVICE! If a customer wants bacon heated up, heat the bacon. Then when I asked for a refund they told me I couldn’t have one since I used the kiosk.

Well, I travel all over as a truck driver . I asked for my order to go ... I get charged .79 cents for DINE IN ... then I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich add sausage got charged 2.05 and got to my truck no sausage... not normally one to complain but, if you times .79 cents times a 1000 people that's $790 you steal from people daily you have a carry out button on the register .
Highly recommend you don't eat with a company that steals and lies to its customers.
