Well, I travel all over as a truck driver . I asked for my order to go ... I get charged .79 cents for DINE IN ... then I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich add sausage got charged 2.05 and got to my truck no sausage... not normally one to complain but, if you times .79 cents times a 1000 people that's $790 you steal from people daily you have a carry out button on the register .
Highly recommend you don't eat with a company that steals and lies to its customers.

ROCK TRUCKER

Situated inside the TA travel center adjacent to TA’s restaurant and Popeyes. This place has plenty of dining space, but the service was a little slow. It wasn’t much because of the line; but rather because of the drive-tru usually get prioritized. I noticed the price here is much higher than the DK I first visited in Kankakee couple hours prior on my trip.

The picture was Popeyes but asked about Dunkin Donuts.
Popeyes in Eureka Missouri has good food, service has been both good and fair.

The Dunkin I eventually went to was in Mattoon Illinois and they seem to always have a good selection of product. Service always good.

The Dunkin I googled was in Effingham Illinois and if you have anxiety I don’t recommend as it’s in a truck stop, very busy and not easy to maneuver the parking lot with all the big rigs. I bypassed it and went to the one in Mattoon the next day.

Gotta love the staff here. They are so friendly, especially early in the morning. I take my coffee black so I can't really speak to the quality of their fancier concoctions. But, their donuts are on point and their croissant sandwiches are perfect.

The location in Effingham IL sucks sooo bad. The entire place just needs an overhaul. 15 minutes in the drive thru waiting on an order I already placed in the app because they are ALWAYS understaffed.

Really sucked. Didn't have the first two sandwiches we ordered (were out supposedly). The sandwiches we finally got were thrown together, not toasted and cold. Don't recommend.

I literally waited 15 minutes in drive thru ....I timed it, this is not an estimate...while there were 5 employees and my order STILL was wrong. I almost didn't go anyway because it's always a long wait and they've consistently been out of milk lately. This one was the last straw honestly. Will be supporting local coffee shops from now on.

Awful experience. Overcharged me, burnt the bagel, what was supposed to be a coffee with cream & sugar was something that tasted like awful tea. 4:30am. Nitwit on shift.

I stop by every morning before work for a coffee & breakfast. I can sit at the drive thru speaker for upwards of 10mins before a single word is said to me; I’ve worked in retail and food service before & know this is not professional. On top of bad service, there is a specific employee, I believe his name is “Cody” -he has red hair- he must have some bad juju or whatEVER because he is constantly making drinks wrong, handing out small straws with larger drinks (often frozen) and 50% of the time gets the entire order wrong.. this could be avoided by reading the order back to the customer at the speaker and simply caring about the customer. It seems he must be new, I hope training can be helped.

All of our (supposed to be hot) food was cold, and the service was garbage. Waited so long in line that we had to order at the kiosk. Only 2 people ahead of us. Worst Dunkin' ever.
