They made my drink pretty fast but forgot about my donuts and the person behind me's donuts from our kiosk orders. I was waiting for about 10 minutes after I received my drink and had to remind them for them to them ask what donuts I wanted when they should have had the ticket. Seems like they were more worried about the drive thru than anything else. Also there were 3 people working. I also noticed from waiting that there was a guy waiting to give his order at the counter...
Sometimes this place is great, and sometimes I wait in line for 30 minutes and then they completely screw up my order even though it’s all correct on the screen. It’s a gamble..
Situated inside the TA travel center adjacent to TA’s restaurant and Popeyes. This place has plenty of dining space, but the service was a little slow. It wasn’t much because of the line; but rather because of the drive-tru usually get prioritized. I noticed the price here is much higher than the DK I first visited in Kankakee couple hours prior on my trip.
