Decent place if you need a quick bite to eat. I wouldn't classify it as authentic, as the food had very little flavor. The salsa was done well, though! Very fresh and delicious. The service was quick, and the menu was pretty large. Prices were super cheap.
Vegetarian options: Small vegetarian menu, but I am sure they would allow off menu orders.

Passing through on a family trip and I'm glad we stopped in! Our service was quick and the food was hot. Portions were huge, affordable prices too!
My group loved the chips and salsa, chicken nachos, bean burrito, and the El Rancherito Steak Chimi.
The day we dined in, the restaurant was a bit hot inside but that may not always be the case.
