Decent food for the price, but they got backed up and it took an excessively long time just to get a hibachi chicken dinner. Though when I eventually asked for it just to be brought to go, it came in a tote bag, which was neat.

We ate there tonight and the whole experience was terrible. We just dines in instead of doing the grill. My son in law and granddaughter never got their food until we were ready to leave. My drink was warmer than my steak. Finally after the third time sending my steak back they got it luke warm. The service was terrible. The gentleman waiting on us did a terrible job. We could not get stuff we asked for or drinks refilled. Said something to the manager and she was completely clueless. Food was terrible and we will not be back. Save your money and stay away!!! Worse experience we have ever had at any restaurant in Effingham.

I ordered medium and received well done I would have ate the steak but it was so dry 😩 I paid over $30 for tea soup and random stuff in a Bento box. They said they would give me a discount, not sure if they did or not I just wanted to get out of there and order a replacement meal from a different establishment before it gets to late.
