Stopped here for dinner while in town for an evening stop-over. Traditional hibachi restaurant with a sushi bar / hibachi room / regular table room, etc. We chose the hibachi seating and ordered the hibachi meal and a couple of rolls. I ordered the volcano roll and the shrimp tempura rolls. These were good - but the rolls never come out how they are described to me. Anyway - hibachi was standard, the yum yum sauce was on the orange side but tasted good. What did impress me was the salad dressing. Was a white creamier sauce rather than the pulpish yellow dressing that I am used to. Overall - very good. Staff was friendly and attentive as well.

Was told 25 min wait it was 45min. Set down at 7:29pm, our food did not come out till 8:40pm. It was then cold . Asked for boxes so we could just take it home and warm it up. Server apologized, we understood it was not her fault and tipped her well. The food however was terrible! Very irritating that I am taking $150 worth of food home that I still have to warm up to eat!

This place, or any locations of this food chain, have never disappointed on the food side of things. However, while trying to enjoy a conversation and eat, the constant cling clang of the hibachi chefs doing tricks is annoying and really made my company uneasy. Sensitive to sound, and it escalated his anxiety. Which also made our experience stressful. Service was great, always on top of refilling drinks or clearing the table. I would like to be a repeated customer with the same company. Hope you can tone it down for other customers as well with the same conditions.

Fuji is pretty great for a Midwest teppanyaki and sushi restaurant. Never really have any reason to complain.HOWEVER, sometime recently they started adding 18% gratuity to all bills without mentioning it before service or on the menu. We used to tip 25% consistently but since not a single server, host, or cook had mentioned this to us at all, I guess 18% is all they'll get from our less frequent trips.

Drove down to meet here with a good friend of mine and I must say, we were blown away by the experience. The service was top notch, the food was fire and overall, I would definitely come back again to try out something else. The chef even cleaned up right after finishing our meal. Hibachi grill is one of the only best ways to experience dining, ya'll!Parking: Easy to get to, as the restaurant is located in the last unit next to Dollar general.
By far one of the best sushi places we have visited (and we have been to alot)! We eat regular dinning alot but the hibachi side has a great show! Highly recommended.

Absolutely the best Japanese steak I've ever had! The salad was so fresh! Soup was excellent and hot! Most places serve it loop warm! The Yum Yum sauce makes excellent salad dressing & steak sauce! Love the fried rice with Yum Yum sauce as well!

Been here many times, and it's always fantastic. The service is always great, and everyone definitely goes above and beyond. And the food is tremendous. If you've never tried it, their sushi is the best you'll find in this area. Had the Chicken Bento tonight, which has a little bit of everything. Ten stars if I could.
