They were friendly but I ordered the iced mocha it tastes nothing like the other locations I’ve been to. It tasted like bitter waterd down milk. My first experience at this location was not good I’m sad to say I won’t go back

I came through Ginger Ale’s today for a drink and I was greeted by the kindest employee working the drive-thru. Emma was very friendly and had a smile on her face the whole time. The crew had my order out very quickly. Couldn't be happier with this local establishment ??

A Simple Fork
Emma working drive-thru was unfriendly & short. Had to stop ask just to get her to take my loyalty phone #, and then had to stop and ask her for my receipt, only to find upon looking at it I had been double-charged for twice as many food items as I ordered/received. The food that I did receive was still cold in the middle.

I LOVE Ginger Ale's! Everything I have tried is great! The workers are kind and the service is fast! My favorite is the Unsweet Marshmallow Tea.
Kid-friendliness: My daughter enjoys it just as much as I do! Her favorite is adding pop rocks to drinks.
