I had country fried steak with 2 sides, one being mashed potatoes with gravy. They charged an extra 90 cents for the gravy! Is IHOP going to start charging for syrup when o e gets pancakes as well? Can't believe the greed of IHOP!

Sadly when your staff talking about Facebook and personal life is more important then dealing with to go customer like I was bothering them to get something to go, because I was not sitting down in your disgusting. Filthy restaurant spend 20 dollars on a burger and it was a disaster, I mean, how can you mess up a hamburger? And The Onion rings, we're terrible. The server's attitude that brought my to go order. Was miserable? And this is why I avoid ihops and ta and Petro.

Walk in at 9:25pm Waitress is telling me they close at 10pm like in a panic. Then gets my drink order, comes back with it and drops my straw on the floor then picks it up and puts it next to my drink. I asked if it was on the floor, so she replies do you want another one? Really how stupid can you be. Right as I walked in it was not a good experience. Very non professional.

Nicest new modern IHOP I've been to! Sat at the 8 seat bar aside the plenty of restaurant seating and had a great priced $7 omelet with 2 delicious pancakes! Makala, my waitress, was friendly and a delight! My food came out quick and hot! Great priced gas, along side, to boot! And easy to get to, right off the highway! Plenty of car and truck parking. Highly recommend from someone that travels a lot and eats out a lot. 👍👍😃

$65 bucks down the toilet. Service sucked, wife and I both ordered and didn't get what we paid for and got told we didn't order what we said we ordered. I'm sorry but how hard is a medium rare t bone steak with mash potatoes and gravy with broccoli to make a disaster? Wife ordered scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, hash browns and French toast. Apparently that translates to a well done steak thrown on mashed potatoes no broccoli, and scrambled eggs with cheese no hash browns and 1 slice of bacon. Then get told we ordered wrong. Seriously??? If it bothers the employees to work on July 4th maybe they should find other employment. It shouldn't be this hard to find a decent meal out here on the road. Bring the iron skillet back. Now we're stuck here all weekend with nothing, thanks ihop.

The worst IHOP I’ve ever visited. The table was sticky. The coffee pot from the previous patron sat on the corner of the table the entire time. We were only given one kids menu. I have two children. I had to repeat my order three times for EACH person. Paula, visited our table three times. To take our order, deliver our drinks, and 42 minutes later our food. Our drinks were never refilled. When our food finally arrived it was not up to par. The eggs were overcooked. Despite repeating the order numerous times, it was wrong! The servers were all extremely rude. Every single one of them were sarcastic, loud, and obnoxious. Since Paula was MIA I had to ask another waitress to bring our check.

Felicia was the great waitress we had this morning. We chose the House Faves 7 dollar menu. It was excellent and the service was fast. The coffee was hot and she asked us a couple times: how was our meal ? Sorry the pancakes are cut up in the photo. We were more than satisfied with the meal and service !

The orders were all over the place and ever time I’ve been there they have tablets that don’t work right. Leaders need to fix it or staff needs to get better. I’m not happy the food got to us we eat but service needs to be given the tools to succeed.
