Quality has taken a nosedive. Sandwich I just got had barely any meat on it, the onions were fibrous and practically inedible. I wish the meat was weighed so I didn’t spend 20 dollars for a bread sandwich.

Would gives 0 stars on service If I could came in at eight twenty.They told us to hurry up and order because they were closing soon, even though they closed at 9, one of them was a very rude and overpowered the other employee...(she looked like she was missing her cigarette break and she was just there for the paycheck) she only had half of the options out for us to choose from for our sandwiches after a very rude interaction they finally produced our sandwiches. If you could call them that they we're not worth feeding to our pigs when we got home thankfully, we were able to go to the Culver's right down the road and they did not disappoint they had wonderful service with a smile and the food was wonderful so save yourself a hospital trip and go to Culver's.

My experience at the Effingham Jersey Mike's was extremely disappointing and frustrating. We arrived a full 40 minutes before the posted 9 p.m. closing time, and were immediately met with hostility from an employee who told us they were closing soon. Her rude and unwelcoming attitude made us feel like an inconvenience rather than paying customers. We were rushed through our order, and the carelessness was reflected in the final product. Our subs were haphazardly thrown together, with ingredients poorly distributed and a stark lack of the quality Jersey Mike's is known for. The food was a major letdown, but it was the abysmal customer service that truly ruined our evening. If the staff is so eager to close early, they should adjust their posted hours. As it stands, there is no excuse for such a poor attitude and such a badly made order. This was a completely unsatisfactory visit, and we will not be returning.

Rachel served me in the effingham store… she could not have been more kind and personable… she was knowledgeable about the menu and made my experience above and beyond anything I expected walking in to the store… it’s hard to find exceptional work ethic couple with genuine kindness!! Subs were wonderful as well!

Had lunch here with my mom. We got a giant Philly and split it. Was amazing. I had the agave cream soda to drink and I loved it as well. Will definitely be coming back.
