Terrible service. Shitty sandwich

You might need to check the drive-thru hours with the local owner. Tonight is the fifth time I pulled up just after 9 pm and watched the staff look at me through the drive-thru window and laugh, then turn around and walk away multiple times. After 15-20 minutes of this, I just left.

The food was great. I ordered a 30 pack. Went back in a few days later, I added another 30 pack. The employee informed she could not add this to the existing order. She assured me it that both 30 packs would be ready on the scheduled date. When my husband arrived, only one 30 pack was ready. It was 30 minutes later! There was no discount. They arrived only minutes before the event was to occur. I am disappointed.

Says they are open at 10:30, but if the have catering orders to fill then there not. During previous visits they were the slowest drive through. Don’t recommend.

Person at the counter refused to give me there name, the place was trashed and they kept remaking my sandwich wrong on purpose. Every time they handed it to me they would laugh because they know it's wrong. I asked for a refund and they refused to do so. Get better employees.

How about freaky slow! I should have read the reviews before I ordered. I did an online order for one sandwhich 1.6 miles away. After an hour and multiple calls I had to call back and cancel my order and have my money refunded. Left town without my order…

Stood at counter for over 15mins no one spoke to us at all. Ignored everyone coming in. There was a line behind me . Poor service. More worried about drive thru and online order. Made online orders just left them on counter customer behind us waited for there sandwich been done for awhile. I understand short staff. I been in food service for over 13 yrs. Could been handled way different

If you want freaky fast, choose another place. We sat in the drive thru line for a minimum of 30 minutes. That isn't an exaggeration. When we did get up to the window, they didn't have the items we ordered at the speaker. If you want good Jimmy Johns, go to Charleston.

Have you ever in your life been to Jimmy John’s that tells you it may be a 15-20 minute wait upon entering when there’s is no line?!?
