Such a cute coffee shop! Coffee AND food. I always stop by when I’m in town! The place is very popular so parking can be a bit challenging at times. I only wish there were more sf options. But, they use 1883 & Monin which are the BEST syrups. So, already they are a 5 star in my book!

Was in today and met a guy passing through from New York to California. He stopped at another place in town and wanted a more local place and came to Joes! He saw me hug Brittany and asked if this was the local spot. Yes the best for friendly, atmosphere. We chatted about the brisket sandwich and we talked that next time he is in time to stay the night. The friendliest, bestest coffee between New York and California! Safe travels!

Flavorful coffee ☕ that was my cappuccino:) I also had a free pastry butterscotch scone which was very tasty. This cafe participating in special projects coffee trail 2025 in southwest Illinois, I guess southeast either.
This was my first time here. Nora and Addie were both very nice and helpful. The turkey pesto panini was decent but not my favorite. The nutty turtle iced coffee was really good as well as the cookie a local goat eats potato chips. This is a really nice place with a good vibe. I would recommend it and come back to try something different.

Joe Sippers Cafe in Effingham, Illinois, is an absolute gem! The café has a charming, classic vibe with local art from young students adorning the walls. The service is warm and friendly, and my vegan wrap was absolutely delicious. I loved chatting with the staff about local events, and the café offers a great selection of healthy options. They also have cute merch and both indoor and outdoor seating, making it a perfect spot to relax. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!
