Today, Oct 11th and last Sunday I brought a motor coach full off people that most wanted KFC but we were unable to dine in the restaurant 2 weeks in a row due to staff shortage. How can this be 2 weeks in a row? Very disappointing to say the least. Do not go here if you have a motor coach full of people!!

Horrible excuse for a KFC. Colonel Sanders would fire every one who works there. I was greeted with I'm sorry by multiple employees. Totally messed up my order as well as the young lady's in front of me. When they finally figured it out and I got my food all of the breading fell off with simple gravity as well as being dry . I remember when KFC was a treat. Not so much at the effingham location

Ordered 8 pieces of chicken only. Got 4 legs and 4 thighs. Not one white piece of chicken in the bucket. Should have been 2 legs 2 thighs 2 wings and 2 side breast. Not happy with this store. Service was poor. As far as I am concerned it was money wasted

I order 2 6 piece hot wings meals with wedges.
My entire order of wings had blood throughout the inside. I couldn't eat none of it!!!! Also the wedges was under cooked.

Whoever cooked this food should be let go.
This will make someone sick

Placed a order for a bucket of chicken I was told it would be 18 minutes but 45 minutes later I was still waiting. Inside is closed so had to wait with no info about the wait. Cars lined up at drive through. Bad survice.

I have tried to have KFC three weeks in a row. The dining room is closed and nobody answers the drive through. I think this place just needs to shut the doors for good.

Drove through drive through and the drive through speaker told me they had no chicken, fries, corn, or coleslaw to sell. The lobby doors were locked so I could not use the restroom either and I had trouble finding the drive through because none of the buildings in the area had their lights on. Overall just an awful experience.

1:pm and the lobby is closed. 2nd KFC in a week. I don’t feel like eating in my car while traveling so I go elsewhere. Really how I much extra staff does it take to keep lobby open?
