I have tried to have KFC three weeks in a row. The dining room is closed and nobody answers the drive through. I think this place just needs to shut the doors for good.

Drove through drive through and the drive through speaker told me they had no chicken, fries, corn, or coleslaw to sell. The lobby doors were locked so I could not use the restroom either and I had trouble finding the drive through because none of the buildings in the area had their lights on. Overall just an awful experience.

1:pm and the lobby is closed. 2nd KFC in a week. I don’t feel like eating in my car while traveling so I go elsewhere. Really how I much extra staff does it take to keep lobby open?

Very slow service. We stood there for like 10 mins asking for someone to even acknowledge that we were there. Bunch of workers all around the kitchen but none even cared to answer or even try to find someone to help.

Ordered the 4 piece meal and upon getting back to my hotel,I found that they served old chicken that was very dry and the biscuits were like biting I to a rock.

Lobby is rarely open, and when it is expect slow service and to not open on time. 80% of the time you go they have a sign that they are short staffed. But if you look, there’s always about 5 employees standing in the food prep area doing nothing but talking. So I guess they’re only short staffed on working employees. The food is usually pretty good, just expect slow service and not have the option of dining in very often.

This was a huge disappointment. 32 ish dollars for 8 pc. 4 biscuits 2 sides. The chicken strips u can tell were or had been cut in half's and were exceptionally small. Apparently inflation is kicking the kernel in the chicken. I remeber when this was the ultimate go to place for quality fried chicken. The pieces(chicken) were small and hard. Just a shame. I honestly never worried about what kind of chicken I'd get from KFC but I won't be bk for these prices. I might as well go to anywhere else atleast u will get more for ur buck$$$$.
