The food was good. But anytime we come thru the workers are rude and impatient. One of the workers dropped a sauce and proceeded to put it in my bag and give it to me.

*First part is regarding steak and shake but it all plays into the Little Ceasars review as well)....So I had 3 hungry teen boys at my house that wanted some food from steak and shake and little Ceasars. I decided we s had ordered ahead on the steak and shake app thinking that might make picking up my sons food faster. Pulled up to the speaker and was asked to wait. So I waited between 5 and 10 minutes then told them I had an app order they said to pull on up to the window. I get tothe window and see my sons shake and soda sitting on the counter ready to go so thought food must be about done also........nope I sat at the window and waited just a couple minutes shy of 30 minutes I kept hoping at that point they were going to remake my sons shake and soda because it was just sitting there that whole time melting.....finally hand me the melting shake and the watered down soda and the bag of food. While waiting on the steak and shake food I wen ahead and ordered 2 orders of cheese sticks and an order of breadsticks and sauce from Little Ceasars so that would be ready for pickup so when I finally left steak and shake I went for the sticks and they told me they were still working on the cheesesticks and to pull to the front of the store so I pulled upfront and sat and sat and sat ANOTHER 30 minutes before I finally walked into and asked her about them amd she just kind of looked at me awkwardly like she didn't know what I was saying I told her I had ordered ahead and had went through the drive through and she told me to go park and she would bring it out to me bur she never did. You could tell by her expression that she completely forgot about me waiting on the food and I was so frustrated by this point because I had a shake completely melting out of the cup onto the cup holder outside in my vehicle with what was by then the cold food from steak and shake. So she grabs the food but forgets a couple of the sauces that go with them which I didn't even notice until I got home. Neither place offered a refund or coupons for the wait or anything! So I travel back home to tell 3 teen boys that I was so sorry they had to wait 2 hours for me to get it all picked up and back home and on top of all that the food was cold and gross from all the time it had sat. So both places offered up extremely long wait times, poor service and expensive, nonedible, meals that all ended up in the trash can!

Went inside store and the customer service was the worst. Stood there in the counter waiting to order and the guys/girls there just saw me and never took my order didn't even bothered to say hold on..Waited 15 min till one decided to take my order. Pizza was great..just the service was not. Will definitely not return.

When I go to a pizza restaurant I literally need a list of toppings ... A list of sauces (pizza) a list of sizes with prices .... A list of crust styles ... Basically ur website is totally lacking... When I tapped on menu it was a photo of the same menu I can't understand as is on the wall ... Simple is best

Ordered delivery via DoorDash. Everything was hot and delicious very impressed on how good it was! I’ve been sleeping on Little Caesar’s! I especially love the Italian cheese bread! No complaints from me! Pizza pizza!
