Nice Italian spot, food was very good. You order at a counter and they bring the food to your table, its an open kitchen look so sitting at the bar we got a good view of our food being made. Service was good, ill definitely be back.

Brick oven pizza was excellent. The cannolis were huge.

Very good I just felt like the food was slightly more expensive than it should be.

We had an amazing experience last night! I recommend sitting at the bar so you can see all of your food made right in front of you. Amazing food, welcoming service.. can’t wait to come back!

I just had a WOW experience and needed to tell everybody about it!

I'm a sucker for Italian food that is done well and let me tell you, Lucia's absolutely tops the list. I randomly decided to drive by to see if they were open for lunch on a Thursday because I had heard such great things and I was in luck!

This comfortable, casual, open-concept restaurant is welcoming and friendly and you can tell that the team here has a massive amount of pride in what they do and how they do it.

Literally EVERYTHING is made from scratch--from the pillowy bread to the rigatoni con sugo that tastes like grandma's recipe (I kept looking for a little lady in an apron squishing San Marzano tomatoes with her hands!) to the pizza that makes you feel like you're walking down a street in Naples.

Chef Geno and the crew pay attention to all the small details. Those small details add up to a majorly positive experience.

Come eat here. It feels like a warm hug--just like a good Italian spot should.

GRATZIE!

On a long drive from Texas to Effingham went to this place for dinner. Had tried it once before and it has expanded. Ordered Carbonara and Lasagna, shared between wife and I. Dessert was a cannoli which was large enough for 2. Prices was fair.
You will enjoy the food. Just be careful construction on area of entrance to parking lot. Would recommend this place highly.

Not the owner but another guy working had the personality of the wall. You order at the counter and pay before receiving your food, good thing for them or there would have been no tip. A girl checked on us once and got us more water. We had a party of 7 all paid a tip and to who?? Nobody deserved one. They guy with no personality was quick to take our dishes and tell us the dishwasher was going to be closing. Before we could get our coats on he was pushing through us to get those dishes. Very rude, service was awful. Won't be returning.

The food was exceptional! I wanted to order a second dish, but I was too full. Thank you again for the delicious pasta and welcoming hospitality.

We shared a garden salad, deconstructed grilled cheese, carbonara, pepperoni pizza with hot honey and the chocolate cake. All was magnifico. We will definitely be back.

Always stop and get a pizza from here while traveling it's one of the best but beware we call this place pompous pizza the owner has a chef Ramsey attitude yes in Effingham they tell you what toppings you can have on your pizza so you don't screw it up of course lol oh and check if they are open before you go they are only open certain hours of the day. Update Finally went inside to eat what a disappointment. Place was dead but he asked if we had a reservation lol every table and the back was empty then he said no salads this weekend like really 3 people wanted salad after looking at the limited menu and pompous attitude we left to eat at chilies which was packed but a good call they had salad without attitude do yourself a favor and pass on this place unless your getting a pizza to go

We ordered pizzas, but they only come in 1 size and are pretty expensive for what you get. The food was good and servers were nice. Not a lot of options though and prices are high.

I ordered the cheese dip with bread(Deconstructed Grilled Cheese), and the Carbonara. No drink $50. Food was ok but not worth the money in my opinion. I would be more likely to return if the bill was $30. The girl at the counter was polite, friendly and willing to answer any questions.
