Love Lucia’s. Every dish we have ordered has been exceptional. Always friendly service. The awesome menu options and the fresh ingredients used to make our meal are why we keep going back. Last night was yet again another amazing meal! Consistently is key when eating out and you can always count on Lucia’s serving an amazing meal with friendly staff.
We had eaten there once before, and we felt it was really good and worth revisiting. Boy were we disappointed this time. The “gentleman” working the cash register was very curt. I could have easily used the word rude, but I chose the word curt instead. When my wife said, “Oh, I thought the menu was on the wall.” His response was “No wall, no place for a menu.” He then failed to hand us a menu as if we should have known to pick up a menu from the counter.
