It has the garish interior of many Mexican restaurants.The food was decent. You get a small amount of salsa for the amount of chips.The carnitas and the beef were dry but flavorful. The pastor was exceptional. The lengua was good.

This was actually a surprise. If you look on Google you will see the advertisement for Puerto Vallarta, so we routed toward that restaurant and we ended up at our destination which was Maria's Taco House. Well Puerto Vallarta and Maria's are side by side Maria's is kind of more of a Taqueria in Puerto Vallarta has a little bit more of a bar and food environment. Both lovely the food at Maria's was fantastic but I'll tell you what was really good they have in-house made salsa verde and a red sauce. The Red sauce has just a tiny bit of spice to it it tastes so good I ended up buying a bottle to take home come spend your money here these people are working hard and they make fantastic food

Maria's Taco House is AMAZING!!! We driven past here a million times and for whatever reason, never stopped. I'm so glad my son and I decided on here for our little date night. We had the Pastor Plate and Fish Street Tacos. They were HOT and FRESH and the service was top notch! They have a HUGE menu! Just stop in and eat!
