This was one of the worst experiences we have had at a mcalisters. We waited 30 minutes for our food and only got it once we asked where our order was. And the food was mediocre at best - we didn’t finish it. Strongly DO NOT recommend this location.

This must be the worse run restaurant in modern history. Nice people, however they walk around in circles & no one seems to know whats going on. There's plenty of employees up front, but mostly wringing their hands looking at cutomers waiting on their food knowing its been WAY too long. Meanwhile whoever is cooking in back is in no hurry. There seems to be only ONE person making the orders. If you own this business hire someone who knows how to run a kitchen & please MORE employee's IN THE KITCHEN preparing the orders. Always a something wrong or missing in my order & LONG LONG wait time.

I’ve been to several Mcalisters at different locations and this is the only one that never fails to make me question why I still even eat there. While in line there was a truck in front of me who didn’t even get to order after waiting behind him for 25 minutes I finally got to order. Waited 10 more minutes to actually place my order and the girl who took my order sounded almost annoyed when I SLOWLY told her my order which I had to repeat back to her 3 times. After paying (MIND YOU I ordered a sandwich and a cup of soup) she asked me to pull forward. I waited 20 minutes pulled forward before deciding to just go inside. Once inside the building, the atmosphere was disgusting. It’s 75 degrees outside and it was hotter inside. Looked around expecting to see an ungodly amount of people inside in which was maybe the reason they were taking so long. There were MAYBE 5 people seated. Once inside I waited 15 more minutes for one sandwich and one cup of soup. The food was fine but EVERYTIME I go here I remind myself I need to have an extra hour of my day planned to be wasted waiting for these people to get it together. One lady told me they were short staffed and that’s very understandable but where is management helping out here? If they are so under staffed cut down on the menu options, work shorter hours, or simply shut the place down. Everytime I go there there are always new employees. I wouldn’t recommend this location to ANYONE. Best of luck to this establishment as it will need all the help it can get.

Went to the drive thru, and I was pulled forward to wait for my food. They served the food from last to order to the first to order. I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes, and the final came to me and asked what I had ordered.

Worst McAlister’s I’ve ever been to. No soap in women’s room… gross! Food not ready for 25 minutes and even then didn’t get a sandwich, has to go back in for my chips that go with my bowl of soup which were thrown from the kitchen to the front of the house like the manager said.

If I could give zero stars I would. Wasted $45 and 30 minutes. When I pulled up to the drive thru I was asked to wait. 5 minutes later my order was finally taken, albeit with interruptions from the employee as he asked me to hold again. Paid for my meals at the window and was asked to pull up. We waited for 25 minutes IN THE DRIVE THRU for our food. I went inside to find out what was going on. I noted only 2 tables had customers, and not one other car came through the drive thru while I waited. After asking for a refund my food was finally brought out. When I got home one of my sandwiches was missing. Despite them giving me cookies and a free meal coupon I will NEVER be back. Not to mention, the inside smelled like a toilet bowl. The food itself was just ok. My chicken tortilla soup was hot but I had a hard find actually finishing chicken in it. My turkey sandwich was soggy. The color of the roast beef was questionable. Do not waste your time & money here.

This was my first time eating at this chain. I have no complaints and have to brag on the employee Joe. Obviously understaffed, this man maintained a pleasant attitude, did an amazing job multitasking, and was encouraging to his other staff. Joe made an average experience extraordinary!

Gross, super basic food not even close to being worth half what they are trying to charge. Half chicken salad sandwich was sad and sicky sweet without any seasoning or heft. Club sandwich had a delicious mustard, but the bread fell apart before the second piece was eaten because it was so thin. Mac and cheese was overcooked and soggy. Tortilla soup was surprisingly good after trying the sandwiches. Disappointed again with the fall surprise cookie, chocolate chip cookie and brownie. Definitely will not be back.
