Not a great experience. We have stopped at this location before while traveling and it was acceptable. Everything was off on this trip. There was an odd, sour smell in the air. It smelled like dirty mop water. An employee that was seated said hi when we came in, but they apparently were on break. We waited about 5 mins before the person got up from the table and said everyone must be in the back. She offered to take our order.Someone came out of the back at this point, and we placed our order. It was a long wait, and a few other people came in and stood at the counter looking around for someone like we did. I went to the restroom, and it was not clean either. One stall was out of order and the other looked like it probably should have been. The food arrived and we ate. It was adequate, but I had lost my appetite at this point. I tried to get a box, but there were other people waiting for someone to take their order, so I just stepped behind the counter and picked one up. I don't think I would return soon. This store desperately needs a manager. It is on auto-pilot and the wheels are starting to come off.

Stopped in after a day on the road, looking for a healthy dinner. The greens in the salad were fresh and crisp. After we fumbled through our order the young woman who waited on us (being so patient and helpful) went to the kitchen and made our salads right away. Salads were piled on the plate with generous portions of the yummy toppings. Bonus points as I walked in with an empty water bottle that she refilled for me. Looking for a healthy delicious meal with a side of kindness this McAlister's Deli is a minute off Interstate 57.

We were driving across country from Las Vegas Nevada to Oxford Ohio when we ran across this restaurant as we were getting off the exit to get gas and food. We were hoping to try something different that we had never had and this was the place we opted for. They did not disappoint! The staff was super friendly and the food was beyond delicious. I could not believe that this food was so good coming from a drive-thru window. Highly highly recommend!
