Ordered a vanilla cone on the app, when I got to the drive thru, they informed me that their ice cream machine wasn’t working (cliche, right?). But the manager was super cool about it and even went as far as to give me a free smoothie to apologize for the error. Much appreciated!

I spent 24 min in Drive Thru at 230pm. Record breaker!
We stopped by around 6pm. The chicken sandwich was very dry, overcooked, and slightly warm. The whopper Jr was cold. The onion rings were soggy and tepid. The young man at the window was pleasant, but the food was inedible.

The food was great especially since it was free using rewards point on the app, which also allowed the service to be very quick. The staff seem very nice and well trained

The manager didn't seem to know how to take our order. So a nice, very young man helped us. I took a really long time to get our food. We then ordered shakes, and after waiting at least 15 I asked if there was a problem. They said no. I waited 5 more minutes and asked for my money back. They told me no, just like that. After 10 more minutes, they finally gave me 2 shakes, not the ones I ordered. I was so frustrated I walked out. The whole situation just sucked.... never again..
