The manager didn't seem to know how to take our order. So a nice, very young man helped us. I took a really long time to get our food. We then ordered shakes, and after waiting at least 15 I asked if there was a problem. They said no. I waited 5 more minutes and asked for my money back. They told me no, just like that. After 10 more minutes, they finally gave me 2 shakes, not the ones I ordered. I was so frustrated I walked out. The whole situation just sucked.... never again..

Doors say lobby is open until 11pm. Pulled up 9pm after being on the road all day just for a quick happy meal for the kids and their doors are locked. Not only are the doors locked, the employees are just sitting inside staring at us trying to open the door with our kids when it's 30°F outside. CRAP LOCATION.

The manger a white short blonde woman is a very racist woman she discriminates. I ordered a pickup she intentionally delayed my order for 20 minutes. I was seeing other ordering and picking up in 3 to 5 minutes mine was never ready. My order was just was so small I am going report her to the corporation and sue her

Ordered my food and got up to the window the lady at the windows refund to take a 50.00 dollar bill. I told her that's all I have is 50 and she still won't take it so I left. Money is money and it's dumb how business won't take 50 or 100s. Not everyone uses cards
