Ordered a vanilla cone on the app, when I got to the drive thru, they informed me that their ice cream machine wasn’t working (cliche, right?). But the manager was super cool about it and even went as far as to give me a free smoothie to apologize for the error. Much appreciated!

Drive through for a double cheese, had to pull up cause they messed it up the first time they said, they must have game me the same one cause I had to throw the top bun out cause the third time is when they spit on it

I'm not sure what's going on with McDonald's lately... My family stopped in to grab a bite, with no other customers inside, and maybe 4 cars in the drive up, and it took way too long to get our food. It's like your employees don't really care anymore.
