I love this mcdonalds it is super clean and the staff is wonderful they go beyond there way and treat you like family. Definitely my go to breakfast spot or just a quick snack.

I frequent this McDonald’s often because I work in effingham but live in Watson so it’s along the way. For the last month or two months I’ve experienced nothing but rudeness, attitude, aggression, and about a week or two ago I witnessed an employee verbal attack a lady and told her to fight her. The food always is cold or old or always incorrect. Being a time limit I don’t have the time to sit and wait for them to correct the problem. I’ve finally given up on this location. Avoid if you can you’ll be more upset.
Very unhappy with my visit today. Pulled up to the speaker to order and the employee started screaming in the mic asking what I’d like to order. I asked her to hold on while my rewards code popped up, she started sighing then still continued yelling. When I got up to the window to pay she didn’t say anything at she just took my payment. After I got my food I went in to ask another employee her name, i continued to still hear her yelling at other customers from the front of the building.

This town has the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Slow service, cold food, and a greedy franchise owner who hikes his menu prices higher than I’ve ever seen at any other location. 0/10 don’t recommend, go to Wendy’s down the road instead.

This place sucks highly don’t recommend unless you hate yourself. There was black stuff floating in my drink and the food almost tasted days old. The only good side is the nice old lady who brought me my food.
