Went through the drive through tonight at 2 am, (black friday morning) the only people working was a man and a woman. the man who served us was amazing and quick, for it being so early and just after thanksgiving he had amazing charisma and an amazing attitude!!! thank you mcdonald’s !
I have purchased food from there. I didn't get the food. I was supposed to instead of a big Mac. They gave me a double cheeseburger. They just changed the bun on top of it. I had a flare fish that was really, really dry. After I went back and told the manager a few days later she said. Well, you should have called me and just walked away so they don't really care about the customers. I will never buy anything from there again.
Asked to full my cup a the cashier put out a small cup obviously not going to fill it and when I asked i was told that they couldn't touch my cup, fine just give me enough coffee to fill it. The cashier walked away and said tough luck where upon i said excuse me ? The manager then came over and said that she would rather i didn't speak to her workers that way, then i said i would she didn't speak to me that way either.
