The cream cheese rangoons had like no cheese in them at all. Everytime I come through (which is frequently) I got the rangoons and everytime no cheese.

The worst customer service!!! they have the lobby closed to the public and only the drivethru is open , for no reason and the employees inside just sitting arround and peopoe knocking on the doors . so what i dont have a car to go to the drive thru?? panda xpress just lost a customer for life!

Please try a pure Chinese restaurant nearby. Come back here and you’ll see how this restaurant fooled people so far. What they serve is not genuine recipe. Truckers don’t waste your money here. I ordered the big box for the first time expecting same thing what I used to get from other Asian restaurants in all over USA. (I’m a trucker) This restaurant totally made me upset. Two pieces of black pepper steak, (it’s supposed to be one of the three portions) but they are generous filled my tray with chicken. 😀😀. No satisfaction, it’s not Chinese nor Korean. What the hck are they serving?

Some Rice was overcooked, and the meat was overcooked. This place isn't usually like that, and the orange chicken meat was a lot smaller than usual as well. Just bad luck today! All great, though! It's one of the best places to do a 34-hour reset!
Closed at 9.50 pm. Staff is pointing to drive through window, well cant do that in a semi.

I ordered a large a la carte box of honey walnut shrimp and the manager counted the shrimp and it was 2/3 full at most when she finished counting. $16 for 2/3 full container. Got a box of broccoli and beef as well - no more than 2 tbsp of beef in the whole box - 8.70 for a box of broccoli, basically. Manager told the person in front of me not to ask her staff person for a larger portion or she would give him even less next time. Totally different experience than other PE locations. Need to work on customer service and portion sizes - no one likes to walk out feeling like they got shorted for what they paid for.
