This place is awful. I had burnt pieces of someone else's food on my sandwich, they gave my three year old a rotten apple, and the food was just terrible anyway. On top of that, it was over 60 bucks for 2 sandwiches, a salad, and a kids meal. It should've been at least edible. It was not.This was the last time I or my family will ever visit a Panera, and I will actively discourage others from going.

Restaurant was fairly empty for Saturday afternoon everything I asked for extra none of it was in the bag I had to ask him to put it in the bag. The barbecue smokehouse chicken sandwich was awful. The sandwich didn’t have anything that it came with on it. It literally had one measly piece of onion and a whole bunch of barbecue sauce. I spent $25 for sandwiches some soup and the sandwich was absolutely awful. I could’ve made a better sandwich in my truck, the soup was OK,

I am not one to leave reviews but I specifically want to shout out Amber. She is so welcoming and friendly when I see her every morning to get my tea. She pays attention to details. I have never received a drink from her where the seam of the cup was not at the back of the lid so it never drips. Seems small but I notice. Otherwise, it is a great place to remote work and love the unlimited sips.

Ordered for delivery 3-26-24. Originally was to be delivered by 5:30pm then it was changed to 6:15pm. Checked at 6:30 and our order had been cancelled? No reason given, no phone call, no text, no email just order cancelled. So, no food, no explanation no follow up. Overall customer service failure. I had to pick one star to get this to post, but I cannot even give a one star rating due to our order being cancelled.

Great Panera Bread. It's right off of I-57. The kind workers and manager even agreed to throw away a massive cardboard box for a road weary traveler such as myself.Only drawback with this location is that the turn lanes can get congested due to a wide variety of restaurants located in a small area. As such, be cautious before and after getting your delicious Panera food and drinks.
