Service here was really excellent.Especially because we had 611-year-old girls with us.That did not know what they wanted when we came in , ha ha. It was really clean and they were very friendly and patient and fast. We did not like the drink.We got this time.We got the new cherry chai Not a favorite but we will still be back.

It took 10 minutes to order and another 10 to get the order which wasn't made correctly. I asked for no whipped cream, but it had 2 inches of it into the cup in addition to what was above the rim. No napkins were available, which I needed after I scooped all the whipped off the drink. The line here is always long, so I expected it to be worth the wait. Very disappointed

Parking: I had to park at the hotel next door. There were spots open in the lot but they weren't accessible because of the line for drive through

Trash service, baristas always look angry and don't want to do their job. Every time I order from here, my frappe is always wrong. Long lines because people have to go back inside and tell them they messed up their order. Btw, don't expect your receipt here because they don't want you to file a complaint with corporate.

It’s a shame some people don’t accept the fact they do not perform well under stress, no biggie. Don’t blame the customer when you mess up, gives co-workers more stress they don’t need. Mess up? Fix it. Simple. Don’t blame the customer telling them to find somewhere else to go.

I love coffee at Starbucks and have for 20 years plus. Just the occasional worker has a bad attitude. But for all the other workers who stay smiling, thank you!

This store is never open. At one point they were closing at 12:30 and would not honor any of the specials on the app. Now they close at 3.

Tenebris Somnium

The day after Thanksgiving and the inside of the establishment is closed!! They needed a bigger sign and more than 2 little pieces of paper on the doors in the front. The line was super long and dangerous for the customers who were waiting on the main road. There were a lot of customers going up to the door and being disappointed it was closed. Starbucks lost so much profit that day. After inching up to the drive thru with other cars, 30 or more minutes in line, and they still managed to get my order wrong. I asked for a Café Vanilla, not a Vanilla Bean. Sadness.

I drive a large truck and I don't often stop for coffee in this place because it is difficult to stop such a large truck and that excites me a lot when I do it but today I had the worst experience in this place to begin with I went to the place and it was only open for cars. They treated like garbage the coffee is not cheap so they sell you the worst crap in the world I don't recommend this place at all if the company wants your company they should fire all their employees with useless ones
