Been coming here for years, never once has an order either been made quickly and correctly at the same time, its just one or the other. If you go when its dead quiet, it will take you 10 minutes. If you go when its busy, it will take you 3 minutes, and your order will be wrong. Its not the employee's fault tho, the franchisers just dont care about this place

I ordered online when my pickup was set for 915 show up ordered to go inside and only drive thru was open even though online, it says the inside is opening for until the midnight. This is my attempt of getting a refund because they would not help me inside.When I went inside to get a refund. You can't message anyone online.You can't go back to the app.You ordered it from, do not order online you'll just lose your money. I could do the drive thru which is why I picked inside pick up due to driving a 50foot motorhome

It took 30 minutes to get our food (and two of our orders were incorrect). Three of our 4 baskets of fries didn't have salt... The waitress was friendly but didn't seem to know how to get things done. Pretty lame for spending $55 total for 4 people.
