I went to this store today. The lady who was serving there was very rude. I bought one footlong and ask to pack both 6-6 separate she made messup. Then I asked for ketchup she refused and told they don’t have ketchups . I waste my money here. So rude and unprofessional.

Now how does someone who’s visibly impaired know where to touch the wall to find this? I understand there are many different types of being visually impaired. This is the first place where I’ve found braille as an option. So that’s fun
Bathrooms were disgusting, tables were sticky. Food was okay but the toaster was broken. So no toasted bread unfortunately.

Clean place but the service as been rude lately every time I am here. Used to be my favorite place to stop for a sandwich after work but thinking it's time to take my money some where else.

They were swamped when we stopped there. They took care of everyone in a timely manner! Our sandwiches were made to our orders. Oh, and during this very busy lunch rush the local Health Dept was there on a routine inspection. When, things slowed down the started cleaning the preparation area and restocking supplies and the food. One young man, Max, came out into the dining area and cleaned the tables. Kudos to the staff!

The restaurant was clean! You walk in the door, and you are able to smell the wonderful aroma of bread! My first stop was the bathroom, and it was clean and fresh smelling. There weren't any issues for customers. The staff were friendly and helpful! At the time of my arrival, the store was being slammed in a rush, but the staff kept the restaurant running smoothly! None of the tables showed obvious need of being cleaned as they had very few crumbs anywhere! As soon as the rush was over, one employee, Max, came out to the dining room and cleaned the tables again! THAT, my friends, is what customer service looks like! I have complained about other restaurants not keeping a clean dining area, but Subway does it right!

Gabe was an excellent sandwich artist, he made helpful suggestions and was polite and friendly.
Worst made sandwich ever. Order the monster. And there was nothing to it. Bread and meat. None of the toppings it was supposed to come with. Won’t ever go back.
Another franchisee owner that is obviously not making as much money as they hoped for. Not my fault you were d*** enough to start a subway franchise.
