Will update my review when things change.....one bathroom has been out of order for 3 weeks now, the lobby is ALWAYS closed, they dont seem to care about drive times, and cant keep their sodas in stock. You would think they have time to take care of the store since theyre not taking orders and making customers uze the kiosk.

I went through drive through today and Lyndsey was very nice and professional very awesome customer service skills she was super friendly and cheerful had a smile on her face and made my day knowing that there are still kind awesome and amazing people in the world

Out of Baha Blast.... I mean, that's their thing, how can you be out? Also, my taco was just thrown in the bag. It spilled over the rest of the food. (see pictures)

Just a tired man worked 16 hr shift finally get off an got 3 small things to eat, paid for my food with honest money, just to watch some cracked out employee that hated his life go out of his way to grab my food that was already prepared out of another employee's hand to smash my food real fast and put it back. Then The female employee who also looked on drugs and watched the first guy smashed my food, proceeded to try to give me the food that she knew was smashed, As soon as I got the bag of food. I pulled out the smash food. And she apologized and quickly pulled it away to try and fix it I told her I wanted to refund. Which I was denied. I have went through the night management and just recently during the day and Corporate I'm waiting for a call back.

We were yelled at by an employee named Ty or Todd, we didn’t for sure get his name. Me and 4 friends were in the parking lot eating food we had just bought from your store, and this worker came out screaming and cursing at us to leave. He wouldn’t give us a fair reason on why we had to leave either. The manager later came out and apologized for his actions as she had tried calling him in and that didn’t work. We appreciated her apology, but still felt as though action should be taken towards the employee that yelled at us. That was unacceptable in our eyes as we were just enjoying our night, minding our own business until he showed up.
