Good food, fabulous service!
Waitress was awesome. Food was ok, but not worth the price I had to pay.
Enjoyed a delicious steak dinner with my husband on our anniversary. Had about a 5-minute wait to be seated on a Friday night. Waitress was friendly. Offered delicious warm chips and salsa while we waited for our meal. Salsa was not too spicy and not too chunky. Very good. Food was prepared well and very tasty. They offer flavored butter to top the steaks. Delicious. Steak tender and juicy. Prepared medium rare. Only thing we didn't care for was the Cole slaw.

Always enjoy eating here.. Sat in Ryan's area..he was busy handling multiple customers but was still incredibly detailed with customers orders remembering exactly what they ordered with complete respect and professionalism to everyone...if you sit in his area you'll definitely get treated with respect..

Took forever for the lady to take our order then waited 45 mins to get cold food like it came out of a fridge and they had dirty ass cups health department definitely need to shut this place down
It's my first time ever coming to TGI Fridays. The waitress is the only reason I am adding a star. She got a decent tip for it. I got the sizzling chicken and shrimp plate with loaded mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes came on the sizzling plate. I understand my complaints might be the way Fridays require their cooks to do it, but it basically turns the mashed potatoes into a microwave dinner version of mashed potatoes sticking to the bottom and burning it. The chicken was placed on the melted cheese that's also stuck to the plate, making me wonder why they add the cheese at all. The shrimp still had the shell on the tail. I know cooks normally do this for presentation, but for sizzling food? The shell is taken off with your fingers usually. It's just odd, in my opinion. I will be back to a TGI Fridays sometime in the future, but I will be avoiding this plate that reminds me more of microwave dinner rather than bar and grill food. At least the microwave dinner is $20 less.

Menu has been reduced to much and the prices are not commensurate with the food quality. Staff was fine but inattentive.

2 weeks ago we stopped in on a Monday evening and the service was the worst. My wine glass had lip stains, the manager brought the new glass of wine with a bad attitude. Later, We ordered burgers and the server never asked what temp we like so he chose burned, over well done, dry. The server also chose rolls not chips and brought out rolls with the burgers. As if you need more bread. There was hair on lemon plate. The worst part not a single manager came to speak to us about our experience, the server knew how bad it was. I’ve tried contact corporate and I’m assuming they don’t care because they do not respond. Last time.

I am only in town for a few days due to work. I only chose this particular location because it was close to my hotel. Granted, it was close to closing time, but that is no excuse for subpar customer service. Our waitress was not attentive and the food was not hot.
