I used to be a frequent patron of the Raintree for one reason, Chef Ronald Kersey. He is one of the greatest chefs of his generation. Since his departure the quality of the food has declined drastically. The restaurant has lost its Michelin Star and many of its customers. His use of the local produce was phenomenal, and Chef had the ability to develop ethereal flavors that rivaled those of Thomas Keller.
