We have been here quite a few times and enjoyed it however this time was not as good. They ran out of baked sweet potatoes and didn't tell us until they were serving our meals. Then the alternative didn't arrive until after we had eaten. Dinners were not served at the same time meaning food was getting cold waiting for the last dinner to arrive. Lettuce served with asian lettuce wraps was to wilted to be useful or even manageable. Seemed like the kitchen was having problems. Server was pleasant. It was so loud that it was hard to carry on a conversation. It was a disappointment.

Just passing through and staying one night in Effingham, IL. Walked over to the TK Grille for dinner after a long days drive. We both had a cocktail; me a Moscow Mule (best I've ever had) and my husband a Manhattan (delicious as well). For dinner, we both liked the idea of the Sirloin Steak Salad (cooked to medium and with the balsamic vinegarette on the side). We really, really enjoyed ours! Dessert of Chocolate Chunk Brownie Sundae was amazing and the best brownie we both have ever had ?

This was my 2nd time here, and I enjoyed it both times. I had the pork chop, which was delicious!
The server was nice but our table's ticket was lost somehow and our meal was delayed an hour. I had the french toast and was surprised by how small the portions were to its price of 14 dollars. I was expecting potatoes and some bacon/sausage with it when i got 2 slices of toast and half of a strawberry.

Upon calling this place to find out some information, the person on the phone did not try to hear or understand how best to pass me along to Chris Keller, the owner. This was not only rude, but it was uncalled for, and if they take the same approach with everyone as they did me, this place is not worth even giving a chance since they refuse to give others a voice or a chance.

Just ordered the special which was a taco salad and also ordered a bowl of French onion soup. The soup was amazing the taco salad wasn't bad but not my favorite. Would love to go back and try one of their menu items because I hear it is an excellent place to eat.
