This is the first review I have ever written for a hotel and unfortunately its not good. We have stayed in several hotels in Effingham and could never recommend it. the bathroom was absolutely covered in mold. we were then moved to another room and had the same results. there is no possible way they are passing a health inspection. The lack of care from the overnight manager was really ridiculous. I came there to stay, leaving was extremely inconvenient and the entire experience was a complete nightmare. we ended up at the Hampton Inn and had a clean room and a much better overall experience.

Reservations were easy for T.K. . The restaurant was able to accommodate our individual culinary requests, much appreciated. It was quite loud at the nearby bar and a bit difficult to communicate for a bit but overall good dining experience.

Loved our food!! We arrived about 45 minutes before they closed, but the kitchen didn't rush anything. Our meals were so delicious. Everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned. After a long day of driving, this is the exact dinner we needed before turning in for the night. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed. The decor of the restaurant is also really nice and classy. Thank you so much for being open late and not turning us away. We'll definitely be back the next time we drive through 💞

We were pleasantly surprised with this whole experience, as we were landing for a late dinner after a long drive. Our family of four had the southwest salad, the sirloin steak salad, the chicken quesadilla, the Margherita flatbread with added chicken, the baked potato, and the crispy Brussels sprouts. We enjoyed every bit, and our server was super sweet and helpful, ensuring that everything was cooked well when she brought it to us. Several other menu items looked tempting. I'd come back

Stopped here on our way back from Florida. The experience was fantastic. I had the French Dip with Onion Rings and it was the best I've ever had. Highly recommend!!!

We have been here quite a few times and enjoyed it however this time was not as good. They ran out of baked sweet potatoes and didn't tell us until they were serving our meals. Then the alternative didn't arrive until after we had eaten. Dinners were not served at the same time meaning food was getting cold waiting for the last dinner to arrive. Lettuce served with asian lettuce wraps was to wilted to be useful or even manageable. Seemed like the kitchen was having problems. Server was pleasant. It was so loud that it was hard to carry on a conversation. It was a disappointment.
