Sitting in the line after being yelled at to go back around because order was completely messed up tried to explain what was wrong before being yelled at but door was slamed and she walked away as a fast food worker who also works overnight, service was completely unexceptable lady had blond hair in pigtail braids and a lip piercing 7/28/25 11:00 pm

My family has stopped bothering to travel to this location in Effingham. Its a coin toss if they will have the staffing that day to open the dining room. The last time we drove over there, they wouldn't even take orders from the drive-up. We aren't going back.

Nothing like being in the drive thru with my grandkids in the back and watching an employee fight someone in the parking lot. Then 3 other employees trying to figure out what’s going on while vaping. Very high class. See video in comments

I watched as another customer waited over 30 minutes in the lobby for his order. When he returned to ask about his missing sandwich, the teenage worker with the yellow star sticker on her face casually tossed it onto the counter without saying a word. She then had her manager speak to him, completely ignoring him herself. I was shocked by her disrespectful behavior toward the customer—it was completely uncalled for. Meanwhile, in the back, I could hear male employees cursing, complaining about quitting, and speaking negatively about others. The whole situation was very unprofessional and left a bad impression.
