Nothing like being in the drive thru with my grandkids in the back and watching an employee fight someone in the parking lot. Then 3 other employees trying to figure out what’s going on while vaping. Very high class. See video in comments

The worst of all, they served us angry

I watched as another customer waited over 30 minutes in the lobby for his order. When he returned to ask about his missing sandwich, the teenage worker with the yellow star sticker on her face casually tossed it onto the counter without saying a word. She then had her manager speak to him, completely ignoring him herself. I was shocked by her disrespectful behavior toward the customer—it was completely uncalled for. Meanwhile, in the back, I could hear male employees cursing, complaining about quitting, and speaking negatively about others. The whole situation was very unprofessional and left a bad impression.

This location had filthy bathrooms. Also, several young employees just standing around talking. The burger was dry abd over cooked as if it had been sitting for awhile

We got here at 12:25pm, there were 7 people ahead of us in line and we finally got our food at 1:03pm. They had 1 person taking orders and filling the trays at peak lunch time on a Saturday, and he was in no huttrry... Finally got our food and mine was wrong. I didn't have another 45 minutes to wait so just didn't say anything.
