They were super busy with a long drive-thru line, but the guy at the window was so friendly and cheerful. It honestly made me think he really enjoys his job. And you just can’t beat a Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwich—so good every time!

We were in the drive thru for around 25 minutes but the food was still good But we asked for bbq sauce and Honey mustard and only got bbq sauce

Stopped in this Wendy's early in the day because my wife and I had commitments in the Southern part of the Stare (So. ILLINOIS). The place was empty. My thrifty Wife asked if they had any specials. Well in short they did, sausage and egg biscuits for 1$ each. We got four and the were simply amazing. I did not know Wendy's served breakfast, I had not been to a Wendy's in over 3 years..... Once again I say wow it was delicious made with real eggs. A++++!

Went there on the weekend and they had wet floors sign's up in front of the soda fountain cause there was a leak in one of the dispenser that was out of order instead of mopping it up plus the tables were pretty dirty to but the food was good

My family has stopped bothering to travel to this location in Effingham. Its a coin toss if they will have the staffing that day to open the dining room. The last time we drove over there, they wouldn't even take orders from the drive-up. We aren't going back.
