Typical fast food atmosphere, we did the drive thru so short service encounter they did leave out a sandwich but we had a 50+ dollar order and they gladly and quickly got it together for us. We had the burgers fries cheese curd blizzards and soda all very good and fresh also the app gave us 50% off so we didn't pay 50+

I have came here multiple times to order a royal ultimate chocolate brownie blizzard and they forgot to put the extra chocolate in the middle or mix it in the blizzard! I’m not gonna pay extra for a blizzard if it is going to get messed up everytime! I can’t ever order blizzards here without something being messed up!😡

How do you park someone and have them wait 15 minutes for one basket of chicken strips and the fries be freezing cold. Absolutely ridiculous poor customer service good thing that they printed out my ticket and had me moved to a line so that their wait times looked good. SMH. I should’ve just went somewhere else

This Dairy Queen used to be great! The past several months have been disappointing. The fries are mushy, cold, and you get half a handful. The tenders are tiny. I have had ice cream that’s great and ice cream that is melted, I’ve had to put it in the freezer before we could eat it. A few times we were handed ice cream and then waited 15 or so minutes for our meal so the ice cream again is melted. It’s definitely not good quality especially for the prices.

quality is not great at this dairy queen. the past few times ive gone theyve given us the wrong meal and another time no sauces which i had paid extra for. these fries are the worsr fries ive ever had in my life. theyre extremely soggy and dark like theyre using old oil or something. also what is up with the size of the chicken??? this is a chicken nugget not a damn tender what in the world. its very obvious the restaurant is ran by high schoolers who dont care about their job or customer service. paying way too much for crappy food.
edit: forgot to mention the gravy is horrible!! i always get a side of gravy for my chicken and today it was so watery it drips right off the food. its horrible!
They forgot our sundaes with our meal, and when we asked for them on the way out they asked us to dig our receipt from the garbage for proof. Sent away. The manager xould have asked the servers to verify. Should have been handled differently.

My husband and I went through the drive thru today. I ordered a chocolate, peanut butter cup, banana Blizzard and my husband ordered a Butterfinger Blizzard. The two gentlemen at the window were very courteous. We just wanted to tell Grant and Parker thank you for your amazing service and our Blizzards were one of best we've ever had! You were amazing. Great job!
