Hot and humid today. Halfway through a 4 1/2 drive. Plenty of parking. Plenty of booths and tables waiting for occupants. It felt so good to stretch and enter an air-conditioned restaurant. Clean, cool, and comfortable! But nothing compares to the Chocolate Salted Carmel Blizzard I ordered. FABULOUS!!

I went here after a basketball game and ordered chickenstrips and ended up with the next day with very bad food poisoning. If I could rate it a zero stars, I would have. DO NOT EAT HERE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!???

Stopped here while traveling. Nice little DQ! Food was hot and fresh. All the staff were great and polite. Will definitely stop here again when traveling thru El Paso, IL.
The food was good, however...I ordered 2 grilled cheese and they gave me 1 grilled cheese and a chili dog, which I never ordered...I am extremely disappointed because I waited all day to have TWO grilled cheese and I only got one? Also, my brother's "6-piece" chicken strip basket only have 5 chicken strips in it...kind of discouraging. I would recommend checking your bag to make sure you have the right food before leaving if you order from this DQ. Also, apparently the chicken strips made my siblings gassy?

If you're passing by hungry, you just missed out on a good place to eat. 3 pm on 6 - 10 . Place wasn't that busy, and we got some of the best DQ can offer. Super Job !

I stopped at this DQ on my way to IN with my son. This was hands down the nicest DQ we have ever been to. The bathrooms were so clean as well as everything else. Service was amazing! Everyone was so friendly. We got our food and hit the road. I asked for a side of ranch and I have to tell you, probably the best ranch I have ever had! They must make it by scratch in-store. Our experience was so amazing that we stopped at this same store on our way back to WI from IN. Same experience as before. Top notch and GREAT food! I told the young man who was helping me that they really have it going on here and to keep up the good work! Another employee over heard this and asked me to fill out the survey on the bottom of my receipt. However the receipt did not print correctly in the places I needed important information to complete the survey. I was sad, because I really wanted this location to be recognized by upper management. I stopped there on 4/19/24 @ 12:00 pm and again on 4/21/24 around noon. This is our new go to when we go visit my folks in Indiana. Thank you from: A New Loyal Customer!
