To be honest, El Paso Golf Club has proven to be a favorite of mine.

Their selection is sufficient, offering a nice variety to please everyone.

The servings are very large.
Enough that even with a very big appetite like I have, there has always been leftovers to take home for the next day.

Everything I've eaten appears to be freshly made. As an example, the Caesar Salad was obviously sitting around, waiting to be served. It was served in a low profile bowl that was the size of a dinner plate. Covered in large chunks of grilled chicken breast and was actually a MEAL, all by itself.

I also ordered a rueben sandwich with sweet potato fries...

As it turns out,the salad was so good and so large, that I never took a bite out of my sandwich, but ate some of the abundance of fries. They appear to be freshly cut and nicely cooked. Very good 👍.

The sandwich looks awesome with plenty corned beef spilling over the edges...

Can't wait for lunch today.

I wish I had taken pictures, but sadly, I didn't.

You will just have to go experience it yourself.

And to top it all off the price was very reasonable, averaging about $20 per person.

ENJOY
BTW, the wait staff is awesome as well.

I really enjoyed playing here. The course is short so my driver wasn't needed all the time. It was also in very good shape given the recent rains. The bunkers were not raked due to the weather so we just placed the ball after hand rakimg. The elevation changes were a pleasant surprise for central Illinois. It is a little jewel in the Bloomington-Normal area.

El Paso Golf Club is always in great condition. It is challenging yet fair. It's a tale of two different 9's. Staff are helpful and polite. I always enjoy my round at El Paso. If you haven't been there, give it a try. I think you'll enjoy it.

Was recommended by some buddy's, and was not a good experience! First all, it's 52 dollars to play this course that is 6200 from the tips! Secondly the wait staff must of been on break the entire time, took forever to get drinks! The last thing was the Head pro and what I assume was local members thar were blaring their music from the carts and screaming echoing throughout the entire course! Then to top it all off the head pro and others were doing cocaine in the clubhouse! I felt like there needed to be a police presence! Terrible experience!

We had our 50th class ?‍? reunion here and they provided a buffet @$35 per person including water, tea, coffee and desserts.
Food was great and the service was fantastic.
The only issue was we weren't aware they closed the doors at 8:00 PM.
But many folks had already departed anyway.

I’ve been a member of EPGC for years and play out there regularly. The course is in great shape this year, and has always been a hot spot for the local golfers due to the relaxed environment and family feel. Unfortunately, this is the 3rd straight year EPGC has undergone serious changes in management (3 different GM’s in the last 3 years, and 2 chef’s). The changes taking place have long time members deeply concerned for the future of the club. The transparency of what has taken place this year has been swept under a rug and one-sided, with no consequences for the actions of those involved. As sad as it is, this once great course and community is slowly being torn apart from outside forces on a power kick. As long time members of this tight-knit community, it’s unfortunate to see people who have not been apart of the course’s history, given the power to destroy everything that made our course what it is today - the member’s, and dedicated employees who have been the constant through this all.

Course was in great shape! Friendly grounds staff. Staff in the clubhouse seemed irritated that I booked a “Hot Deal” the night before, paid online, for 18 holes and a cart for $19.49 with a 7:00 am tee time. The patrons were polite and appeared to be regulars.
