I tried to frequent this establishment 2 to 3 times a week because it’s within drive time from my work that I can get back in 30 minutes. Today there was no hope of obtaining food at all! I sat in drive-through for 33 minutes before I could even order food I would’ve loved to stay and pick up my order however, when you only put through one car every five minutes, it kind of leads to a time crunch and a crabby. It doesn’t matter what time of day, it doesn’t matter if we are dine-in or drive-thru . . . this McDonald’s consistently provides the wrong order.
The food is sub-par. Typically over microwaved.
How difficult is it to check the receipt and verify the order is correct prior to handing out the food?
No one wants to go back to a counter to have rude employees question the customer or act dismissive.
