Typical McDonalds in a small town off the interstate. Large coffee wasn't available through the app when we visited. Went through drive-thru service was quick friendly and accurate

My husband ordered his cheeseburger with just ketchup and cheese, they obviously were annoyed to have to make his burger fresh, because the burger was absolutely saturated with ketchup. I tried to clean it up, but it was inedible. Classy.

Codes never work right and end up having to wait to try to get my discount. Last several times I asked for extra tarter, not only did I not get it (even though the sticker and receipt says to add), I barely got the standard amount. Smh. Happens way more than it doesn't.

My wife's egg and sausage McMuffin was missing the egg. The receipt and charges showed that we should have received the egg and sausage McMuffin. We didn't go back because we were on the highway before she noticed. She glanced in the bag before we drove away but didn't unwrap the McMuffin. She immediately filled out a survey and noted the error. She never received a response.

Absolutely DISGUSTING. Rude girl at the counter making a point to tell me I have 15 minutes to order . Missing fries . McRob inedible.. soaked with sauce can't even pick it up. Asked for no pickles on daughters burger . They put them on anyway so she wasn't able to eat it. She is autistic and food sensitive. We ARE GOING to sleep hungry after a 20 HOUR DRIVE . WENT earlier and had a ride person at drive thru and didn't order .. went back a cpl hours later as after checking in hotel next door and received the above treatment. 20 ppl in this crap town and all are RUDE AND LAZY . COULD CARE LESS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR DOING THEIR JOB ACCURATELY. THERE WAS NOBODY IN THE LOBBY . How do you possibly screw up a 2 meal order so badly? Bad management obviously. No care to give ppl what they paid for. Spoke with John who seemed to care less and offered a free breakfast for tomorrow. I didn't tell him about the McRib I had not yet opened that mess before hanging up ..Really ?? No I'll be coming for a full refund in am. Ppl care nothing here about doing a good job.

I tried to frequent this establishment 2 to 3 times a week because it’s within drive time from my work that I can get back in 30 minutes. Today there was no hope of obtaining food at all! I sat in drive-through for 33 minutes before I could even order food I would’ve loved to stay and pick up my order however, when you only put through one car every five minutes, it kind of leads to a time crunch and a crabby. Customer who will no longer be a customer at this location.!!! This location has the rudest staff and managers, and obviously cannot handle orders in a timely fashion. If you cannot give someone their food immediately, that that’s what you park them for so you can expedite others through the line. Maybe some people need to go back through training, and learn how to be a manager the correct way.

Sitting in lobby waiting for one of the many employees to take payment for order left after standing around bc nobody would help. Also why does the entier place reek of sewage call a plumber or pick up a mop

You have to pay for a water cup now😂😂 so for starters it takes 10-30 minutes to get your food, then you ask for a water cup and they tell you you have to pay for it, then you ask for sauce for your fries you just paid for, oh but you have to pay for that too😂 i’ll just go to caseys they give you free drinks 😂😂 this place is shit since i worked there in high school

I went through the drive thru . I was supposed to get chicken strips. I got wraps instead. I was traveling so I couldnt go back. They were not busy at all.
