You have to pay for a water cup now😂😂 so for starters it takes 10-30 minutes to get your food, then you ask for a water cup and they tell you you have to pay for it, then you ask for sauce for your fries you just paid for, oh but you have to pay for that too😂 i’ll just go to caseys they give you free drinks 😂😂 this place is shit since i worked there in high school

No matter what I order in the drive thru, I get asked to go wait off to the side. Something is always missing from the order, then I have to come back thru to get it fixed. This is terrible customer service and it's straight up lying about your food times to your corporate office. It doesnt matter if i order one hashbrown, theyll make me wait 10 min Thumbs down..

I ordered sausage egg and cheese muffin. I had to throw the entire breakfaat sandwich away because the egg had so many large pieces of shell in it that the sausage was covered with them. The medium smoothie tasted like sour lemon and I tossed that item too. My wife's sandwich was OK. I wasted my money on a sandwich and drink that was so bad i couldn't eat it. I was driving still hungry.

Worst McDonalds I have ever gone to. Cashier was not trained- had to reenter an order for 2 quarter pounder meals 3 times before she got it right. Burgers were a small step away from being raw. AWFUL.

The staff doesn't know how to make correct size it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know the difference between a small and medium. The staff was rude and apparently doesn't know the difference between Carmel and mocha.

It was total chaos. The staff were fighting with each other/yelling. Door dashers were waiting nearly 30 minutes for orders. Number system for tables isnt used. Nearly everyone in the resturant got the wrong orders. One customer was fighting with the manager over the wrong order and wanting money back. I think it's the corporations fault leaving them short staffed at busy hours. I don't blame the staff during a rush, but it was extremely frustrating especially on a time restraint.
