Enjoyed a delightful tea for Mother's Day. Was very pleased to have a variety of teas to select from for hot tea. They offered the Bigelow brand of tea with a selection of classics and seasonal selections. The small appetizers to start the tea experience were beautifully presented and scrumptious. The soup course was a tasty generous portion. The main course was a sandwich and pasta salad of our choice, again, a generous portion of both. The dessert was homemade bread pudding...
I recently had lunch for my birthday at this cute tea room. The food is delicious!! Everything was homemade. The service was fast and our waitress was a delight. Thd decor is all antiques. A must stop if you're in central Illinois!
I have been to Ruth’s Garden Tea Room multiple times and have enjoyed the food every time I’ve gone. The atmosphere is beautifully decorated with antiques and you get to enjoy your food on beautiful china. Knowing the owner named the tea room after her late grandmother, brings an added warmth to the experience. Whenever my family and I have dined, we have been so full that we often skip dinner!
