I watched customer after customer try to order but get the wrong thing. I was there on September 27th around 11:30 and the cashier was on his cell phone. Meanwhile, the lazy gal with the long hair was GIVING AWAY FOOD TO HER FAMILY THAT CAME IN THAT DIDNT ORDER ANYTHING. Drive out of your way to avoid this franchise. A whopping 6 people working there, all chit chatting and avoiding customers. Getting every order wrong. What a disaster. This dump should be shut down.

I can't have caffeine so when I ask for decaf, I expext decaf. It isn't fun finding out the hard way you had regular coffee.
Donuts, at least today, seemed very fresh and were awesome.

There were coffee grounds in my berry burst. I thought that was gross. Getting to be Starbucks expensive, which is ridiculous.

This place constantly messes up orders. And I constantly have to tell them its wrong. The last time I went, they gave me the wrong drink and I asked for the right one and they told me im not welcome here... i just wanted my matcha :(

Love going here! Staff is great and has become comfortable with us as we stop here quite a bit! They gave us free donuts before closing, which was so kind and a fun thing to surprise our family with! We come here to work, draw, write and sometimes just to hangout and talk- it's been a great atmosphere for everything! They're flexible with what drinks they'll make and they always come out tasting great;
Parking: The parking is good! Plenty of space for the location! Never struggled to find a place!
Kid-friendliness: A lot of the menu is kid friendly (of course) and the atmosphere due to their upkeep in decorations is super fun!

So it’s the 10th time I’ve gone to this Dunkin asked for oat milk latte and got regular milk instead. Luckily I’m not lactose intolerant but this could kill someone. I just don’t like open dairy sitting in my car. At this point it’s a funny mystery what I will get vs what I ordered:8/10 times the person took my order sounded like she is being held there against her will10/10 times got regular milk instead of oat milk5/10 times asked for no whip and got whip creamThe chances are they will mess up your order. I only go there when I’m late and since it’s officially been 100% miss on my order I’m leaving this review. Maybe something is wrong with their headset and they can’t hear customers??
