The absolute worst and slowest McDonald’s ever. Inexplicable 5 minute eats in the drive through just to place your order. If one drive through lane is answered immediately it’s always the one that you’re not in. One lane will take four orders while you’re waiting in the other to place yours.

Consistently the best mcdonald's i go to. Staff is professional and friendly and not just some teens having a party. Never had an issue with an order. Food comes out fresh hot and quick. Well done.

ALWAYS rude! There is only one man who works the morning who is the sweetest guy ever. Everybody else is rude with an attitude. No manners or respect! They’ll mess up your order and won’t even apologize, and then acuse you of lying. They also close early and stop serving ice cream way too early. Literally ridiculous

Manager constantly tries to upcharge for large drinks with meals that come with a medium drink. Most people don't notice the extra .30 cents a meal but it is still scamming customers. By the time you notice, if you do, it's too late. They like most places don't give a recipt unless you ask now, then it takes forever to get one printed out. .30 x hundreds of customers a day is a pretty good scam especially since drinks have the largest profit margin.

I placed an order with extra Mac sauce and no American cheese, but unfortunately, my Big Mac was made incorrectly — it had cheese and barely any sauce. On top of that, the burger was cold when I got it. You can clearly see in the pictures that it doesn't match my order.
What I do appreciate about this McDonald's is that they usually give you the correct amount of sauce when you ask for extra — which a lot of other locations don’t get right.
I know this is a fast food chain, but at the end of the day, it’s really not that hard for cooks to follow directions. A little more attention to detail would go a long way.

It aight. The large shakes aren't filled as much as other locations unfortunately. I don't want to complain over just a mere couple of sips, but it is a nitpick after feeling a couple times like the food from this location was not up to the typical McDonald's par(even though it is just McDonald's standards), to my tastebuds at least. Probably won't go to this location anymore, even though its local and convenient.

Today I did a mobile order through the drive-thru with four chicken nugget happy meals with sweet and sour sauce, one hamburger happy meal and a quarter pounder meal for my family of 6. The drive-thru at this McDonalds consistently gets my orders wrong. This round we got 5 happy meals, but all of them were chicken nugget happy meals with no sweet and sour sauce. My kids will not eat McDonalds chicken nuggets without the sauce. Needless to say, I spent $45+ dollars and all of it by my quarter pounder meal went in the trash. Very disappointed in this round of the drive thru. I hope it will get better because its the closest McDonalds to my house and the kids will eat their food if the orders are correct.
