We got a pizza for the 3 of us for lunch. It was super super greasy. Soaked up as much as we could with paper towels. All 3 of didn't feel that well after a couple hours. That turned into all of us in and out of the bathroom most of the night. Didnt even have a appetite for supper. Would not recommend.

Just ordered a pizza on line. Got a terrific employee that answered the phone. I know I don’t have her name correct but to me it sounded like Beata. She was so pleasant to deal with. Cudos to her. Excellent customer service.

Came to get a pie! Love the Boston Cream Pie. Brought it to a party.
Terrible service. Employees could not understand us over the phone, too loud in their background. Had to be transferred to 2 different people possibly 3. Asked for the same information 3 times. Charged our credit card twice. Then called 20 minutes later to say they canceled our order due to being outside their delivery area. They should have known this from the start. Will not being ordering pizza from them again. Zero stars.

It's a takeout only location. We've been wanting to add another pizza place to our rotation (pizza is a weekly for us, but we like to rotate through multiple places). Paisanos in Elburn has earned a spot, when with it being further from us in Geneva than most others. We've had the thin crust and it is as good or better than most of the typical ones (e.g., Rosati's). The people who work there are friendly, fast, and accurate.
