Waitresses and drinks were excellent! So quick and so helpful.
Now the hostesses (an older short, blonde women) was quite sarcastic and rude. I came in with two small children, asked for high chairs (they don’t have them?), and she offered to sit us at a high top with a baby and a 2.5 year old? I had to tell her to put us outside on the patio where there was plenty of seating.
In general, the patio is so nice but this is not kid friendly for those who might want to bring their children. Also the food can do MUCH better.

Prices went up 10.50 for 8 breaded mushroom appetizer and a 1/3 full solo dipping container of ranch. Been coming here for 5 years won’t be returning and asking for medium rare and getting a hockey puck for a burger didn’t help either. Place has really fallen, this is the third time coming in the past 6 months and being disappointed

Just like someone else mentioned in a previous post. Typical small town racism alive and well, particularly from the hostess, Patty. After moving to the area 2 years ago, I finally decided to give this place a try. Huge mistake. I went in with my 1 year old son and was greeted by Patty. She sat a white family right before me and I noticed how differently she treated them. Whatever, I let it go. Then my son kept getting out of his chair because they don’t have high chairs and what do you know, Patty comes over and tells me to put him back in his chair. After a bit of back and forth, my son and I stayed by our table as I continued to watch how she interacted with each white person that came in. Sure enough, she was warm, friendly and accommodating to each of them. Such a disappointment.

Fish was over cooked, sweet potato waffle fries looked delicious but were not edible. Chicken tenders were good and so were the fried mushrooms. The staff was amazing and super nice. Probably just stick to the beer in the future.

Went here with my family. We all got a variety of items on the menu and we were not pleased by the food. It was average at best but I would not recommend. The drinks were super strong making the flavor horrible. The server was attentive but the person who brought our food kinda just threw it down. Overall wouldn’t recommend

A gem in the heart of Elburn! Very good food, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. They also have a nice outdoor patio. I had the reuben which was great and my son had their pork tenderloin. We both enjoyed the food and said we'd come back again if were in the area!
