Manager was rude, yelled at employees in their language and YES they do not take promotions! The amount of meat they put was limited compared to other stores. Never will go back!
The woman who sold us the four sandwiches was hurried and spoke angrily, telling us that the store will close at eight o'clock even though it was only 7:45. When we informed her we would simply take one and go, she began preparing more and hurried us through the ordering process, which caused us to miss some of the components. Oil and vinegar is one of them. We told her we forgot about the oil and vinegar since you are rushing us. When we inquired if we could order it on the side, she said, "No," and started to ring us up even though our last sandwich hadn't been prepared yet.
Furthermore, when I got home, my sandwich was completely crushed, I received a crushed subway order and a fully pressed sandwich. it does not appeal to the appetite. My family will no longer purchase subway due to this, as it merely demonstrates the subway's lack of understanding of consumer relations. The lady was just concerned about shutting down the store and not concerning the final four orders
she was given. It hurts my feelings that someone can be so disrespectful and that the owner of this Subway doesn't seem to give a damn about the ratings that people leave. I HOPE THE OWNER READS THE REVIEW AND UNDERSTAND THE SERIOUSNESS OF THIS CONCERN.
We had a hard time finding the protein on 2 of the 3 sandwiches and they didn't include the cheese. Thought we got veggie sandwiches. Sandwiches were disappointing compared to other Subways. We'll be hard pressed to order from here again.

This is by the far worst subway I’ve ever been to in my entire life of visiting subways. Started getting yelled at, I’m not even kidding. Asked the name of the owner or manager, was ignored. Kept being told they didn’t understand. I have no idea how me trying to order a plain vegi turned into me getting yelled at. Was never given The name. Will NEVER BE BACK AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING ELSEWHERE.Not just because my horrible experience, but it was filthy and smelled like dirty mop water. Neither of the “ artists” washed their hands. My appetite is gone.GROSS. Awful. HORRIBLE. NASTY. ??????

** This location DOES NOT accept coupons/promos ** I really enjoy a very specific Subway sandwich.. I get it 2-3 times a month. This location always makes it correctly (ordered through the app/online) -- recently wanted to invite my husband to join in on the subway hype train and was excited to order us a BOGO deal (currently offered in the month of November) - I went to apply the coupon and found out this location does not accept coupons. I will no longer patronize this location... or probably any Subway. I understand it's the franchises' choice to participate in promotions, but it's also corporate's job to compensate their franchise locations if they offer promotions. I will miss my custom sandwich, but Jersey Mike's will definitely help me to forget Subway ever existed.

This location suuuuuucks. They open and close whenever they want. The place is filthy. They do not honor ANY subway specials/deals, and the staff is very unfriendly.You can walk in and be their only customer, and they don’t even try to hide their irritation at the inconvenience you have caused them by wanting a sandwich.With limited eating options in town, they really take advantage of their customer base. My family of 6 will drive the few miles back to Randall Rd from now on.

I don’t even know how the food was because I left before ordering! I walked in and there was a gentleman sweeping the floor and I could hear somebody back behind in the kitchen. I thought I was going to be greeted was never greeted the guy finishes sweeping after five minutes of me waiting. He then goes into the kitchen doesn’t even wash his hands and asked me what I want to order, I politely exclaimed, never mind and walked out

The lady making my boyfriend’s sandwich literally burped in to it while making the sandwich didn’t say excuse me or anything. They were very rude and disrespectful will not be eating at this location ever again.

Nice staff, fresh ingredients. All the garnishments look very fresh. I have ordered here multiple times and never been disappointed. Support Elburn Business.
