A nice little coffee shop in the heart of the metropolis of Elburn, IL. The lady who took my order was very nice. Enjoyed the coffee and the pumpkin bread! Was able to sit outside on a beautiful morning and enjoy the sound of the train whistle blowing. Thank you much - it hit the spot to get me geared up for my 1.5 hour drive!

The "chicken salad" in the yardbird sandwich is filled w carrots now. My sandwich was majority onions & carrots lol. I've never seen a chicken salad w carrots so that was surprising. They don't list it in the ingredients/description of the sandwich on their menu so I wasn't expecting this unique take on it. Unfortunately it was not very good, the old chicken salad used to be excellent. If I buy a sandwich here again I'll have to ask what comes on it. It'd be cool to list all of the ingredients of the food items on the online menu. I don't want to stop supporting my local coffee shop, but I'd like to know what I'm buying without taking extra time from the baristas.
The price for cold brew coffee is steep esp. the coffee cubes upgrade (which used to be free, I think they froze the leftover cold brew at the end of day back then). Add non-dairy milk and it's $10 for a 24oz

I liked their yardbird before the change. I ordered today and got mostly onion and celery with a hint of chicken. Called in and they offered to remake. It was better but definitely not like how they used to be.

I used to love this place. After they got bought out, seems like they premake their sandwiches, last few time we ordered they were soggy? Also didn’t follow request of no bacon extra avacado… Not nearly as good. Now we go to Bezos in st Charles.

New ownership has really changed my opinion of this restaurant. It takes much longer to get food, and the quality is much lower than before. The sandwiches have much less of each ingredient and the prices have gone up significantly. Used to be my go-to for healthier food in town. However it really isn’t worth the cost anymore.

I’ve been coming here for years and while there have been changes the staff has done a great job of handling it all. The food is amazing, I get my daily iced tea every morning, and even my horse loves their baked goods!

Hadn't been in well over a year and ownership change. Very disappointed!!! I ordered the sandwich of the week - Elburn Stack. Stacked it wasn't! It was supposed to have corned beef and turkey. There were 2 shreds of turkey ( had to really look for it) and corned beef was not much better. I asked to substitute mayo for the horseradish sauce. Dope no mayo ! Sandwich was really dry. Not worth the $11.88 I paid and that was for the 6 inch. Under previous owners the sandwiches were loaded with meat and very tasty. Won't be going back!!

Had this for the first time today and I know for a fact I'll be back. I had the Italian sub sandwich with Cream of Jalapeno soup and an Iced Chai Latte.
The sandwich was great and probably one of the best I've had in the area. Would choose this place over any chain, eg. Subway or Jimmy Johns, any day of the week.
Everything was absolutely delicious and the only downside is that I live 20 minutes away lol
