I used the app. I paid for a hot mustard cup. There wasnt one in the bag. It's too hard to eat McDs ketchup and drive so a cup is easier. I had to turn around and go back. The guy argued that it was in the bottom of my bag. I had to finally forcefully say, no it is not. I took everything out. Then he finally told the girl to just give me the two hot mustard she had in her hand. I mean I paid for one. At least I got two. Then as I finish my fries and open up the burger. I paid for a BACON quarter pounder. No bacon!!!! By the time I found this, I was miles away. So thanks McDonald's. You paid for your little hot mustard cup you gave me for free by keeping the bacon I paid for. His attitude was just like I was the problem. First time I ate at this particular McDonald's. I should've went to Hardee's but didnt notice it u til I was already in the parking lot. Everytime I am in Eldorado, I WILL go to Hardee's. Their food is by far superb compared to McDonald's anyway.

Ordered in the app for dinner last night. My McCrispy was BARELY assembled. The cheese was on top of the bun and stuck to the wrapper. The top bun was barely on the bigger at all and was smashed. Now, I did get extra sauce which can make the burgers a little slippery, but it wouldn't be this bad from just that. Some of this issue would be fixed by simply not placing the burger on its side when it is bagged. I know the McCrispy wrappers are technically little bags, but they should still be laid down to prevent this. I had to tear it open to get to it without making a huge a mess and I had to scrape the cheese off the wrapper. My husband's McChicken was the same. The cheese was on top of the bun, and he didn't even order extra sauce, so that shouldn't have caused any issues for his.

I've literally been yelled at by a big back lady who was a manager for telling her I had more when she handed me a tea and said have a good day? I said I have more than just tea and she said OKAY you could just tell me and I was confused because I did JUST tell her? She pulls the screen back up sees I have 2 MEALS tells me to hang on slams the window then goes and grabs my stuff! Idk her name idc to call cause I work in a grocery store and I know how it can be...maybe she had a rough day and that was her limit? All I'm saying is maybe step out for a second and take a breath? I go in the walk-in and just stand sometimes. I refuse to go in due to cleanliness but as far as drive thru it's not great but it's not awful either? Hope that makes sense.

the restaurant is disgusting, flies alive and dead everywhere especially on the window sills that look like they are almost never cleaned the bathrooms are always disgusting, my boyfriend shared with me that there was roaches in the men's room, we witnessed one of the male employees urinating and one of the bushes outside the establishment, the floors are always incredibly sticky, and the food is disgusting, always old, cold and wrong. on multiple occasions they put onions on my friend's sandwiches despite her informing them that she has a severe allergy and that she is pregnant and it would likely kill her, we recently received a burger with green spots in the meat, the employees are often very unhelpful and rude, for example we had one of the cooks have a full-blown meltdown because he made my sandwich wrong a total of six times continuing to put mustard and ketchup on the sandwich despite us telling them repeatedly only onion and pickle and I have an allergy to mustard, they have zero definition of the word light or extra on top of that. their drink machine has been leaking for months and has not been fixed I have on more than one occasion almost fallen and witnessed people almost falling or falling, and they often close way before scheduled 30 minutes all the way up to an hour and a half there have been times where we have tried walking in at 8:30 an employee ran up and locked the door before we could get in even though they are open till 10:00 on weekdays on the inside an 11:00 on weekends overall this restaurant is extremely disappointing and is on a steady decline when it comes to quality, cleanliness, and customer service overall I would not recommend this McDonald's and if you have the means to I would drive the extra 10 minutes to Harrisburg because it is not worth it to go here.
