Look at the ticket multiple times , no sweet n sour or ranch in a 40 PC chicken nugget order online. Cold everything at night. Nasty. Fries and all chicken was cold and the last 2 pies were cold If I knew I would have turned around but of course . Mobile orders suck at McDS!

It's a hit or miss. Order was messed up today. Went thru drive thru got half order. Went inside to get the rest figured they just forgot a bag. Grabbed it and got out to the car to find out that they didn't include the condiments that I ordered. Went back in and was told to pay for the sauces that I had already ordered. So not the best experience today at this McDonald's

People are absolutely rude, just throws bags of food too you, also got chicken nuggets just for their to be a huge strands of hairs in them. Literally gross?!!!🤮
Bad food. It was cold bland. I wanted a refund but I didn’t even end up bothering because i was late for work. Won’t be coming back.

I was buying for my crew and had a very big order and I got back to work and they were short food and they didn't add everything to the sandwiches that were ordered but they were "short handed" honestly really unprofessional and the guy i was talking to didn't seem happy that I called him about it not impressed if there were 0 stars I would've picked it won't be coming back this seems to be a common occurance

I got an order at the drive thru in early July 2024, and it was WRONG. The McChicken sandwiches for my friend and I were blazing hot with spice. These must have been the SPICY McChickens. I contacted the corporate office MULTIPLE times....NOT A DANG THING WAS done!! They disregarded it and kept dropping the complaint. I'm DONE with ALL McDonald's for good. PERIOD....this is the THIRD time this place has botched an order and they don't give a damn about it.

Took over 20 mins from ordering our food that we sat in the drive thru. Once we got up to the window you could see some of the employees just standing around when they have a line going. They expect $15 or more an hr and I can’t even get my small order in a timely manner. Ridiculous.

I just ordered a soda through the drive through at 11:55 AM and did not get it until 12:10 PM. When I asked what was wrong, the girl at the window said they were waiting on a double cheeseburger for someone ahead of me. They did not put her in a reserved spot and traffic was backed up so far in the McDonald's parking lot that it actually backed up into the intersection. They may need a more experienced manager for the lunch crowd. The guy taking money was extremely polite, though.
