I ordered an ice cream roll cake online received an email with order number. Paid with credit card. Went to pick it up on 12/24/2023. They said they never received order!!!!!!! From comments I read this has happened to other people. Maybe these people should not be given the franchise.Update store manager called said cake was made but put in another freezer and rectified situation. I picked up remade cake the next day, also gave me a coffee and a dozen donuts. It was very nice. They even added decoration to the cake that I did not order but enhanced the Christmas theme. But I think in the future I will go on Pinterest and make my own Yule log.

These donuts are amazing. This location is usually not too busy, it is probably quicker to talk in to get your order instead of the drive-thru. Donuts are always fresh and staff is ready to assist. I believe at the moment the place has mandatory mask policy and has the indoor dining unavailable. Definitely going back to this location.

I stopped by to pick up my order at 10:00 and even though the location says it closes at 11:00 two employee with clown face painting said restaurant was closed.

It’s a Dunkin’ doughnuts. Nothing special about the ice cream or drinks. The few times I come they never make the caramel iced lattes right and if I try to order a Oreo cappuccino blast, they never have Oreos to make it with. You’re literally a 2 - 5 minute walk from a Jewel Osco for them to always be out of something and saying they can’t make whatever off their menu. Luckily there is a STARBUCKS that always has everything and is willing to make your drink correctly.

I ordered cappuccino blast which I always order the same drink at baskin robins but the taste changed or they made it wrong. This is why I don't like drive-thru cuz I can't see how they make. I couldnt get in to the store cuz the door was locked without any sign. I wont go this location.

Worst place around. Wouldn't take our order 15 minutes prior to close (wanted 2 ice cream cones.) because he had to sweep, throw out donuts and count the register...and they won't pay him past 10 pm.
Door was locked despite sign saying they are open. I guess they changed to drive thru only without posting the change any place online nor on the front door.

Placed an online order on July 3rd for pick up on July 4th. When my husband arrived to pick up the order, he was told they never received it and were unable to make what I ordered. They offered to unlock the doors and let him inside to choose something different but, he decided not to since we didnt want to give them business if we were not getting what we ordered. We were charged for the order but, I called corporate and will receive a refund in 1-3 days. Also, on June 20th we were double charged for 1 dozen donuts and 25 munchkins. Supposedly, we have a credit on file at the Elk Grove Village location for the 6/20 overcharge but, unfortunately we're never returning to this location.

The next day comes (the day of the birthday), and they said they could not make the cake in that short of a notice, and that it would take 2-3 days. I come back the 3rd day after the birthday dinner because the person said they were okay with waiting that long for their cake, only to find that they didn't have my order ready. Instead, the employee grabbed an ice cream cake from the case. I asked "what kind of cake is it? White or chocolate?" The employee said he didn't know. I also asked if they could write "Happy Birthday (name)" on it and they said no because there's no room to write on the cake. Very disappointed with the cake and how everything was handled by the staff.

I spent $8.31 for a Banana Split here. I might be wrong but that seems a little high. If I wasn't having a fat-moment I don't think I would have paid for it. I know not to go here for a Banana Split next time.
