LOVE the drinks from there. Have gone three times in 2 weeks. My only complaint was the service. I asked for a punch card (no one offered it to me, I heard a previous customer ask for it and I was paying with debit card) but he said it’s only for cash and didn’t give me the card. I get service can be slow sometimes but the service could be better.

My family and extended family (group of 20) went in after the Elk Grove village festival 7/16/2023 and ordered milk teas (the bubble tea) fruit teas and Vietnamese coffees. The service was quick and efficient, and the miss that worked the front was beyond helpful with every order and explaining what each drink category was and asking if we had any allergies. One of the kids teas wasn’t what the kiddo wanted and the owner quickly made a new one to the kiddos wants and didn’t even charge for a new tea. I have already told all my friends about this place and will happily continue to be a long lasting customer! You guys are great keep it up and thank you for being a great family friendly spot! ALSO, def bring a sticky pad and a pencil or two because they’ve got a wall of beautiful sticky note drawings up!
Dietary restrictions: They asked if we had any lactose intolerances and indicated many of their drinks had non dairy creamers as well.
