After reading M W’s review below and reading the business reply I had to write my own review. For starters M W , I agree with your review in its entirety. I also need to be a bit vague in order to have some anonymity.Antique Coffee WAS a good organization at one point but for the past 10 plus years the new leadership has taken it south. The business moved from a very large facility in Elk Grove Village, to a very very small facility in Rolling meadows. Walk in and you will see for yourself how tiny it is. You will then understand WHY? management is always irritable and sour.The only true tenure is one person that holds over 40 years there. Why? Other than that person and the respondent to these reviews their are 4 other people working there. Why anyone would build any tenure there is beyond me. These 4 workers hold many hats and just look miserable. While management (2 individuals) enjoy their offices the 4 employees have no place to eat their lunch or take a real break.In short all the negative reviews here are accurate and not fallacies. The leadership their needs to understand one thing. Yes you own the organization but you ran it south. Stop defending yourself from these negative reviews and change course. Why? are you always on the defense? Strong possibility you are wrong , again. Treat people, workers, and whatever customers you have left with respect and kindness. Good luck to you!

Owner Scott is a bad businessman in my opinion. Take a second and read all of his responses to poor reviews of his company and you'll see what I'm saying. He tries to say every poor review is fake, but I guarantee every poor review is someone that has dealt with Scott and had a bad experience. Believe me, you and your small company don't have enough clout to attract the trolls. These reviews are here for a reason. @Scott, blame shifting and attacking everyone that leaves a poor review is not a good look. You must have never heard the saying "The customer is always right", because based on your narcissistic responses you are always right. Before you respond calling this fake, yes I've interacted with you before. I'm basing this review on that interaction, needless to say it went poorly. No I won't share any of my personal information with you because I'm not sure what someone like you is capable of. I feel bad for people that have to deal with you on a regular basis (family, co-workers, customers). Waiting eagerly for your narcissistic response.

very bad experience with this people, they take equipment and balance product from my store and they give me check for that, when i deposit the check in bank they did stope payment and said the product was expire include cups and lid. in my other store also they never give me refund. I will never recommended this company to anybody, they are not co-operative people.

Very unprofessional working with Scott. I was about to start selling brew smart dec 15. Scott came and I accepted the offers he gave me for my gas station. Product and equipment never showed up. Worse I don't get a reply! Just say no instead of giving me your word.

If I could give less than one star I would. I recently took over regional management of a business where coffee service was set up. I spoke to Scott (sales rep) about setting up service for our other 4 locations in the area. This conversation went quickly from great -Let's get you pricing! - to - your current site does not order enough from us, we are not interested in your business and it has been decided that we will have to pull our machine from your location. This was an email sent on Dec 27. First thing Jan 3 am (less than 5 business days later and over a holiday) someone showed up at our door to pull our machines. Leaving us with no coffee service for our customers, no lead time to find another vendor and about $300 worth of un-usable product. When speaking to Scott I was aggressively told "He does not have to give me notice". I was also told "if we are not using enough product how many of our customers could this really affect" If the BrewSmart business model is based on leaving their business customers high and dry with no notice AND that your customers do not matter if they do not number enough to meet their scale - you should think twice about using them. I expect that my company provide reliable service and also expect companies that I choose to provide services for my business to offer the same. Apparently my standards for BrewSmart are just too high.

This company is simply the best. We own a Ford Lincoln dealership and our previous provider did a nice job but Brew Smart and Scott's team do an amazing job. Yes the prices are great but that isn't why we love them. The service is unbelievable, deliveries are more than prompt and on time. The equipment they provide takes the look of our guest experience to the level of a 5 star hotel or one of your favorite restaurants. The products they offer are gourmet in taste and at a budget we love. They also produced marketing materials for our internal branding that took us to another level. We have over 100 clients a day and they all enjoy the complimentary coffees and other beverages we offer. We often get comments about how good our coffee is. Thanks Scott Unter and team.
