This is a great location. Fast and polite service with a smile. They keep the interior and exterior nice and clean. The food is fresh and always packaged well. This is my favorite BK location in the Chicago land area. Great job guys, thank you.

I came to have lunch with my family and our little pomeranian dog. We made a big order, got drinks and were waiting for our order at one of the tables. The guy who took our order came up to us and said that we had to leave the place because of our dog. The thing is he saw we came with a dog but said nothing about that and received our order. There were no tables outside and we asked him: where should we go with the food we had already ordered? We didn’t get any clear answer. We went to the cash register where a latina woman, 50-60 years old, looked at us with a very crabbed, angry face. We felt humiliated. There was no sign on the door prohibiting entry with animals. I checked again from outside and asked them : how could we know that animals are not allowed if there are no signs? The guy told that we should have looked on the website before coming. What??? Are you kidding me?? Terrible disgust from these people remained. Hire staff who will love people and their work!

Microwaved bun and burger .asked for off the broiler. They did not want to make another... it was too hot too eat so I refused burger... they did make another burger but not off the broiler...

I had a frustrating experience with Rochelle at Burger King. I tried using a gift card, but it didn’t work, and when I brought it to her attention, she flat-out told me there wasn’t any money on it. When I asked her to get her manager to check, she refused and insisted it was all my issue. Terrible customer service—poor attitude and no willingness to assist. Would definitely avoid dealing with her in the future.

This location is closed early almost every time I've tried to visit. Can't be a customer if the place is never open
Had fries that were stale. Also, the guy taking the orders doesn't seem to know what he's doing half the time. I've dealt with a Burger King where the guy working the counter has difficulty accepting BK gift cards. Also, he starts moping the floor about half an hour before the dining area is supposed to close. He also blocks access to the restrooms due to cleaning at least fifteen minutes before closing the dining area. He might lock the doors at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time the dining room closes as well.
