Returned yesterday for drinks and wings. Always a pleasant experience until yesterday. Terrible service from Amber. First she brought the wrong beer. Instead of trying to make it right, she made no effort. I ordered fish and chips this time . Very greasy fish patties. My friend ordered wings. After 15 or more minutes of waiting, I had to ask the bartender for utensils and napkins. My friend requested additional blue cheese to go on two occasions. Never arrived. She smiled and appeared friendly. Maybe she was having a bad day. Regardless, we left her an appropriate tip for bad service.

Used to be the best Friday night... until David the bartender was assigned to another night! Ughh! David was the best! Modern day Cheers (TV show) would walk in and he always had the cold one ready. OUR CREW MISSES DAVID ON FRIDAYS!!!

What a fun place to visit, we went as a group of 9 friends for food drinks and conversations. We went early, so it was perfect not to bother anyone with our loudness.The TRIO was excellent, the food portions are huge with great prices

Heaven forbid you are not a "regular". During this current snow storm from the North Pole, I showed up around 3:30. I was staying with friend instead of driving 45 minutes in the blizzard. Sat at the bar. Asked for a Bud. Out of Bud. Went for an IPA, got handed a half pint of foam, keg "popped". Went to play slots. 25 minutes later, keg not changed, as the bartender changed shifts and could care less!! Only knew because the new bartender tried, keg still empty. All this, but all the "regulars" got all they needed!! Food, drinks, and attention from the bar staff. Dropped $50 in slots. Finally got a full beer 45 minutes after I arrived. If you are not a "regular", don't go. They could care less about you if they don't know you. Doesn't matter if you add to their casino total, you are persona non grata if just a one timer. UPDATE: The bartender who left apologized for forgetting me. As I said, big snow storm and he wanted to get out and safely get home. I upped my review by 2 stars just for this. I've never, in all my posts, been directly addressed by the person or entity in error, and I found this a very classy move on his part. I removed my last negative comment regarding this establishment.

These are supposed to be cheese sticks smh it just a soft tortilla rolled with shredded cheese in it ? Fries were cold, fish is over cooked and burnt as u can see.....smh ?? I would never recommend anyone to eat from this place. Waste of money. I ate 2 bites of fake cheese stick and everything else went in the garbage ? food was horrible!!!!
