I called in asking for help to fix a mistake on my mobile order it was placed at this address and I was already 30 minutes away from this location. I called in asking for them to cancel it and to possibly not make it and save the inconvenience. Instead she answered with a rude tone, cut me off while I was speaking, mentioned “that’s an issue you need to fix on your own”, I didn’t even get the chance to ask how I would move forward with the cancellation and she HUNG UP on me while I was talking. Never have I experienced such rude customer service just over the phone and according to reviews of previous customers it seems like it’s the same lady that is being rude to customers and also recurring event, this should definitely be dealt with.

Service at this Dunkin’ really depends on who’s working—it’s hit or miss. There’s about a 50/50 chance your order will be correct, even if you place it through the app for pickup.
Most recently, I ordered a large and medium iced latte, but was given two mediums instead. When I pointed it out, the guy at the counter was rude and dismissive. Thankfully, the woman who made the drinks apologized, took the medium back, and made the correct large one. I appreciated that—but it still took about 10 minutes, which seemed excessive.
Using the app is definitely the easiest way to order here, but don’t expect consistency every time.

Ordered a COLD brew .. the rude lady who is hard to understand hands me a hot coffee and I say “I wanted a cold Brew” she says “why didn’t you tell me!” Lol it’s concerning she doesn’t know what “COLD” means ..
Also if it snows or it’s raining the front is a hazard to break a bone. Never going here again what trash service

I like this Dunkin. It's smaller than other locations but the staff is always nice and they get you in and out quickly, even when there is a line. The donuts and muffins are always fresh and taste great.
If I could get zero stars, that would be my option a little while back I wanted to get my mom a coffee so I went in and ordered the coffee. My mom specifically wanted extra pumpkin with something else. I think it was cream and sugar but anyways, after purchasing it….heading back to my mom she knew that it was not made right because she knows how it taste cause that’s her regular order. Then I kindly walked back into the store and wanted to ask the lady that was helping me if she could add the extra stuff but even getting talk to her she gave me a look and then rudely said WHAT with an attitude, so of course I’m not one to be played with So I gave her an attitude I told her that this coffee was not made right because my mother tasted it and she knows how the order taste like and so can you please add extra pumpkin and cream and sugar then all of a sudden try to play victim it was like, but I already added the cream of sugar. And acted all innocent by acting confused then I said well can you at least added it again and see if she’ll like it then all of a sudden she started speaking another language to the other workers, and laughed while they looked at me, so already I felt uncomfortable and very disrespected because she didn’t even look professional with her messy, dry hair Crusty wrinkly face and wanted to disrespect me so I said obviously Looking at what she wore and where she works, she was obviously Struggling in life so I said thank you so much and after heading back, my mom liked her drink so obviously, they clearly didn’t add it even and if they added it in the first place, she still was very disrespectful because I came back and just asked for a tiny little fix. If you’re that pressed about extra pumpkin and cream and sugar you need to quit your job

Everyone is so friendly, especially the lovely lady who arrives early in the morning, making this our favorite DD! The store is always clean and the holiday decorations are fun.
