UNC Zhang is so nice. When me and my friends were homeless in Chicago, he welcome us with an open hand; got us free meal and shelter. Moreover, he’s cooking skills was goated; that shrimp fried rice was the best I ever had, and that spicy 螺蛳粉 were delightful. 10/10 recommend 🙏🏻
arrived at 7:30. my appointment was at 10:00 they open at 8:00 and took me right in. spoke to three different guys. everybody was super nice unloading time within the hour
Nice people. Garmin gps is accurate. Open at 8am. My only complaint is dock 11 is very tight and zero lights under roof. Watch your doors coming out of hole, especially if another truck is next to you in dock 10.

Avoid this place. The positive reviews they have are fake. These people are very slow. You back your trailer in the dark and can barely see. The unloading is very slow. AVOID..!!!
Excellent place. They unloaded me in a very reasonable time frame but the cherry on top was the way they treated my straps: they were nicely rolled up and put by the edge of my trailer! Thank you!

Chinese ran and owned i believe. They speak very little English but they communicate pretty good..friendly people. Got me in unloaded me pretty quick..not my first time here....they d o good work
